We were so disappointed we pre-ordered the day before just so we were able to get all the cookies as we got there in the morning around 810. we had to pick other cookies since we couldn't get the oatmeal or the strawberry since it wasn't ready, and this is what the cookies look like! very disappointed supposedly it was from the night prep. The Stockton Crumbl is truly awful. They appear to apply cost cutting measures to the weekly offerings. As is the norm for this location, all of the cookies were missing toppings or had minimal toppings, such that they barely pass for the Weekly Flavors. (as a reference, I sent 21 boxes of Crumbl cookies to clients this week from 10 different locations and Stockton failed every order!). The Ice Cream Cake Sandwich cookies had the pink vanila butter cream icing piped only along the outer edge of the inside, not fully sandwiched as at other locations. The S'mores Brownie Cookie has the most pitiful marshmallow topping (about half of the other stores) and......well, you get the idea. Stockton Crumbl - you're lame! read more

Well this weeks line up was DELICIOUS I particularly enjoyed their strawberry cheesecake with the chocolate crust! YUM! I was debating with my friend about the cookies and cream tres leches cake because I am such a chocolate lover at heart but ultimately went with the cheesecake because I don't think there is a cheesecake I would not try! And this one hit the spot it had JUST the right amount of chocolate crust that paired amazing with the strawberry cheesecake and whip cream! The service was wonderful they are so sweet here! It was extremely busy yet the workers were able to give out our cookies and online orders faster than other locations I've gone to! I love this team!!! This location has a super busy yet fun environment! I swore they had chocolate milk but must have missed it, because I saw they did have milk and chocolate milk on the menu! It also came to no surprise it was nice, clean, and immaculate!! 100,000,000/10 will ABSOLUTELY always come back to this location and I cannot wait to see what flavors they have every week on Mondays!!! read more

I have been to a fair amount of Crumbls (way more than I should). I found this one to be clean and faster than any other. Prices $5.29 each. My 1 complaint is the tipping. The self checkout popped up $2 $3 $4 I could tip for 1 cookie sorry I like to tip (Yelpers are good tipppers) but $ 2 to $ 4 for a single cookie sorry- I shouldn't have gotten this one. Where is the % screen? I can see 15 to 20% i dont remember seeing this in the other crumbls. read more

If I could put zero stars I WOULD I have been going to this place since it has opened and it has gone downhill. The workers were rude and the cookies were super hard and stale. When I went back in to swap out my cookie the worker was very rude about it and the cookie was just as bad. They won't give me a refund for it either and I didn't even eat that cookie I took one but and spit it out I'm just truly disappointed in this place I will be going to the Lodi one from now on. read more

Service is a hit or miss. Either you get lucky and a staff member is in the front decorating and packing cookies. Or you're waiting hella long for someone to come to the front and realize they have a line of customers. Which kinda sucks. I haven't had a bad experience with a staff member when I've encountered them, they did welcome and help me. Maybe crumbl just isn't my cup of tea, but I have yet to try 1 cookie from this joint that is good or let me rephrase that.. that I actually like. The cookies are almost raw like. The cookies themselves all taste the same.. They're extremely sweet for no reason. Then the cookies are just not it. Not sure what the hype is about... this place is just as over rated as raising canes. The only reason I give 4 stars is for the staff being and their service. Never had a bad interaction with anyone. These cookies are huge lol great for big parties, work gatherings, etc. They have smaller cookies but are only available for catering. You can order at their kiosk, at the counter, or on Door dash so it's pretty convenient. They always have chocolate chip (there might be a few others) and then they have new flavors on rotation every now and then, which is fun to try new flavors. read more

They have gone from making really good cookies to making sugar packed cookies using other products. Lucky Charms and Fruity Pebbles are sugar packed cereals, why you would load up a cookie with frosting and ruin it by putting these cereals on the cookie. I walked in and walked out today. I used to buy Crumble Cookies every week, but lately I don't. Why do you continue to use Pop Tarts Chips Ahoy, sugared cereal and other pre-made products instead of using your own ingredients. My 1st visit here was great. You can order at the kiosk or up front w/the staff. We chose the latter. We got 1 cookie to share and it was served super warm! I was pleasantly surprised! Our 2nd visit, we got a 4-pack and they were all super warm! Even when we got to our destination in Stockton, they were STILL WARM! Our 3rd visit this week was not as great. We weren't greeted right away. We weren't able to order up front bc the staff looked way too busy (understandable) and everyone was ordering from the kiosk, so we did too. Once we were standing around for our order, we were greeted. (late, but i'll take it). I was able to get points for our purchase as I have the crumbl app!!! It was pretty packed inside so we waited outside at one of their tables. I liked that the staff came out to call orders by name. We noticed ours was taking a little too long so we went back inside. Everyone who ordered after us, was getting their cookies. Just as I was about to ask about our cookie status, a gal asked for our name - she noticed we were waiting a while too. Just as we told her our name, a gal in the back overheard and was like, I have yours here. She showed us the box and it looked fine. When I picked up the box, I didn't feel the warmth underneath like I did w/our previous visits, not even a little bit!!!! I told a different gal, "excuse me, these don't feel warm." She touched them, but I could tell she didn't believe me and was annoyed. She was not apologetic about it but said, I'll get you different ones. She tossed the cookies, put new ones in the box, handed it to me and walked away, which seemed really rude. She didn't show us the box either and there was no, "I'm sorry about that". The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The chocolate/peanut butter one was also yummy. The caramel one we could not pick up w/our hands because it literally crumbled. We had to eat it with a spoon. No big deal, but I wonder how folks eat it when they dine-in, and they don't have utensils because I asked on our first visit and they didn't have any. read more

Cookies are my weakness and now this amazing cookie shop is here in town and I'm already here for the grand opening! The cookies at huge and can easily be shared. Not that I want to share but I could. I got three flavors and a total of four cookies . I got each in its own individual box. I don't realize I had to pay more for that or I would have just got one box. I paid about $17 and could have paid $14.55 for all in one box. Came here for the first time on Saturday and got 4 great cookies - the donut, the chocolate chip, the classic sugar cookie with pink frosting, and strawberry chocolate (see pics) $14.55 total Pros: - AMAZING COOKIES - just straight up delicious, unique, they almost taste like cakes instead of cookies. - Quantity - they're THICK and I mean THICCCCC! HUGE cookies, you're getting a pretty big bang for your buck despite the "pricier" cookies (you might be thinking why is it $4 per cookie?? - You can get however many you want - a set of 4 or even just 1 (1 cookie is pretty great to treat yourself) - You can order face to face or using the digital kiosk on the right - VERY AESTHETIC COOKIES - seriously so cute when they bring them out and show them to you before you leave. - Really great service!
