I have been into this location a few times. Nothing to complain about, that's major. It's a clean store and smells good. Every time I walk in. The customer service is not lacking, nor does it disappoint. It's a busy spot. My review is mainly to rave about the delicious Caramel Apple Cookie that is available this week. Pleased to select it is as my newest personal favorite. One to not miss. The cinnamon apple cookie alone, is outstanding, without any toppings. The caramel cream cheese frosting, the caramel drizzle, the plethora of diced Granny Smith green apples, and especially the house-made streusel is terrific. I've been a faithful weekly Crumbl advocate for a long time--always excited to see what new cookie creations are on the menu. I've defended Crumbl through mixed reviews because I genuinely love the brand and what it stands for. But lately, the shift toward cakes and cheesecakes has me questioning things. This week was especially disappointing. I tried the Strawberry Vanilla Bean Cake and the Freaky Friday Cake, and both were dry and lacked the flavor and freshness I've come to expect. These didn't feel like Crumbl at all. I miss the quality and creativity that made me fall in love with the cookies in the first place. I'm still rooting for Crumbl and will continue to support, but I truly hope the quality returns to what we loyal fans know and love. Please bring back the magic--and leave the dry cakes behind. read more

I have done a couple of reviews before and everything seems to have gotten better with the exception of one employee. I've moved out of state but come back to Lodi to visit and indulge in my Crumbl!!! There is one female employee who is incredibly rude to me every time I enter the store. She will throw my cookies in the box rather than place them in there. Frosting is all over the box as a result. This employee will stare at me, making me feel very uncomfortable, the time before last she asked me who I was picking up for and when I said my name she immediately started whispering to her other female coworker. I feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, very unwanted in this establishment. My last visit, once this employee started to glare at me, I decided enough was enough. I should feel like a valued customer. I shop there enough to have a pleasant experience when I'm spending my hard earned money in this business. I asked this employee for her first name so that I could address her by name,she refused to give it. I said ok, well I feel like my presence is always unwanted by you and you make me feel crappy when I come in here. Her reply, "I guess that's just my personality".....And she walked away. I will make it a point to refrain from ever entering this Crumbl cookie again. I enjoy having my once a week cheat dessert at Crumbl but it's not worth having to feel like a worthless paying customer. read more

I accidentally ordered my cookies at the elk Grove location and the Lodi location immediately called them and were able to fill my order so that I didn't have to drive all the way to elk Grove. Chose this location to redeem my free birthday cookie. Walked in and there were two customers in front of me who had already been helped so I was able to walk right up to the counter and be assisted right away and redeem my coupon without any difficulties. Customer service was Inviting store was clean and my choice of cookie was available. Overall, I had a good experience at this location. Was fun to go into a location of theirs and see them actually making one of their products, as well as if I don't have a chance to visit their app to know what Cookie of the week is available. I wanted pie. I got cookies and ice cream. No complaints! When we walked into our hotel, the clerk said that Crumbl Cookies were the best, pricy, but we'll worth the expense. We found the ice cream to be very creamy but also a bit on the sweet side. Mixing the two calmed down the Peanut Butter Brittle. So far, we've tried the Pecan and the Pina Colada Cookies. Pecan is pretty good; Pina is a bit sweet as well. For now, we're sugared out. I'll try to update tomorrow. read more

We have been wanting to try these cookies since last year so of course we were very excited to find out Lodi just opened one recently. Perfect location off of Kettleman. Plenty of parking and surrounded by great stores and eateries. The staff is always friendly when we go. Their cookies are pretty good and pretty good sized cookies as well. The cookies come in a cute pink box. Their menu rotates each week to give customers 4-5 different flavors to try but they will always have their chocolate chip cookies...pretty good! They also offer catering. We may have to try their catering option for our future events. Just an fyi....they are closed on Sundays to let their staff take a break so they are recharged for the new week....I love that! read more

I keep receiving raw and inedible cookies from here. The Fruity Pebbles, Lucky charms, and Pink Sugar cookies were all 100% raw! This is not the first time a situation like this has happened, I purchased a Turtle Cheesecake last week on a Friday, and it looked and tasted as if it had been in the fridge since that Mondaythe chocolate layer was solid and the cheesecake itself was sour. At first the cookies were up to par but nowadays I can't even get one good cookie! I share these with my friends and family who obviously expect more than to bite into a raw cookie so it is 100% disheartening when it happens over and over again. read more
