I stopped by this location this past Friday evening to pick up a sweet treat since I was already in the area. One of their featured items, the Cinnamon Square, was available but ending today, so I didn't want to miss it. You can download the Crumbl Cookies app to place orders online and earn reward points on your purchases. I actually used the Uber app this time since I had some credits available, which helped cover part of the purchase. They do have an option to add your rewards account, but currently it doesn't allow you to earn points when ordering through Uber. Hopefully that will be a feature in the future. When I arrived, the staff greeted me right away. I let them know I already had an order placed, and they quickly handed it to me. One thing I noticed this time is that they didn't open the box to show the cookies before handing it over. Usually they show you the order to make sure everything looks good before you leave. I did check the box once I got to my car just to make sure everything was correct, and it was. Tip: If you get the Cinnamon Square, warm it up in the microwave for about 20 seconds once you get home. It makes it nice and warm and even more delicious. Also, just a heads-up: ordering through the Uber app is a little more expensive than ordering directly through the Crumbl Cookies app. This Crumbl Cookies location is in the plaza across the street from Fry's Food and Drug, next to Dunkin', Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, a pizza spot, and several other businesses in the area. Really disappointed on how management (and corporate as a whole) has handled this whole Dubai brownie situation. I was able to place an order through the app for the brownie on Wednesday morning for pick up at 8am. When I got to the store I was told that there was error and there were no Dubai brownies available. I was told that management did not change the option and allowed all these orders to go through on the app. I was more annoyed that on my day off, I got up early to be there to pick up something they knew was not available due to the incompetence of management. Such inconsideration for their customers AND employees who had to deal with the mess. DO BETTER for your customers and staff!! read more

The stars are just because the cookies are delicious. The very few stars is because the employees act like they hate being there and provide crappy customer service. They don't greet you, they eventually acknowledge that you're there, and then they act like they're annoyed that you are there. Placed my order, she showed my the screen and asked if it was right, there's a whole screen full of info and I felt like she'd throw something at me if I took too long reading it so I just said it was right. Got all the way home and two of the cookies are wrong. If there was a different location to go to I would. I dread going in here. read more

I'm honestly so upset. This is my first time ever trying crumble and was disappointed. I love Dubai chocolate and the first time the brownie came out a month ago I didn't get to try it, and I seen it was coming back with strawberries so I had to get my hands on it. I came into this location at 9:30 am so about an hour after opening and they said they had them so I ordered one along with the salted Carmel cheesecake cookie and 2 other cookies. The Strawberries on this were disgusting and slimy and had a sour taste. And the Brownie itself was so dry and gross it felt like I was eating Chalk. The nerve to charge an extra 2 dollars for this crap is crazy and it's for a cookie that looks like it's been sitting out for days. It did not taste fresh at all you can literally see the juices of the strawberries on the top they definitely gave me a one that was a couple days old. And as for the Carmel one there was no salt on the top like they advertised and was disappointed when I got home and saw these 2 that I was most excited for. For the amount of money you spend on these you would expect some good deserts but it's so disappointing and I wish I could get my money back but no one ever answers the phones. I reached out to Crumbl almost two weeks ago regarding an issue with a free cookie coupon (see photo) and to express concerns about poor hand hygiene and food-handling practices I observed in the store. I received no response from this location. After sending a follow-up email today, I received a call from Mikayla H., who was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our conversation, she stated that "no one ever complains" about their location -- I suggested she read their Google reviews. She then mentioned that "Surprise customers complain more than any other store," and even remarked, "Surprise is Surprise." As someone who has lived in Surprise for over 15 years, I found her attitude dismissive and disrespectful toward our city. This experience reflects poorly not only on this location but also on Crumbl's overall customer-service standards. I walked in at 9:40pm, store closes at 10. The two high school girls look at me like a deer in the headlights, after ignoring me in the drive thru. I said 'are you open?' They said 'what do you want' with attitude. Then they give me my cookies completely on top of each other, which ruined the frosting. Fire those girls, absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered a Cookies & Cream Brownie. After cutting into it, there was a piece of hair in between the frosting and the brownie. Ew, gross! The employees NEED to wear a HAIR NET! Check your cookies before leaving the drive thru, they weren't like what they were advertised. I got the mini 12x and it came out to $35. I called and they did offer a refund for the cookies but was gaslit a bit saying they were the ones to pack the order, I definitely wasn't lying about the quality as you can see what is pictured. This Crumbl location is consistent with all the others across the valley. This is the first time I get a fresh cookie, as my only experience was when people brought them to the office. It's certainly a wonderful experience to taste the warmth of the cookie - but I 100% suggest you have a cup of milk handy. I ordered the Texas Sheet Cake, it was okay. I don't think anything was necessarily wrong with the cookie, or just wasn't my preference. The staff was fast to attend to me and serve me the cookie. The location is built in a to-go layout, as there is not much of any seating in the interior of the location. If you've never tried Crumbl, I suggest you give it a go. Just keep in mind that the flavors change every week, therefore, the Texas Sheet Cake may not be available when you visit. read more

I did a delivery order of some cookies and milk. When they arrived the box was completely empty. It was very obvious that nothing had ever been in the box. I called the store and the person I spoke was super dismissive. I explained to them the box was empty and they told me to call door dash but they remember putting the order together and insisted the driver must've taken them. When I called the store back, another person I spoke was actually able to assist me by issuing me a refund after I explained the situation again.
