I'm a huge fan of Crumbl, and the flavors this week looked excellent, so we got curbside today. I ordered ahead through the app. This is the first Crumbl I've seen with a drive-thru! Interesting. Because of that, the store itself was pretty empty - most people seemed to be doing drive-thru. I checked in on the app but we waited a good 5-10 mins for our cookies. I won't rate the cookies since they change weekly but all four were very good this week. My fave was the Blue Monster. However, the reason this location gets 4/5 and not 5/5 from me is they didn't do the toppings right! The cornbread one was missing the "butter" dollop and the Blue Monster one had Chips Ahoy sprinkled on but didn't have the mini Chips Ahoy in the center like it was supposed to this week. Other than that, I love Crumbl, so it gets 4/5 from me. read more

Crumbl Cookies do not need a review. OMG! I needed to resist but didn't. Hubby entered the drive thru and that was it. I had to get one. My favorite is Milk Chocolate Chip. Our daughter got the Cinnamon Fry Bread. You owe it to yourself to try Crumbl at least once. It's a treat. Don't overdo it though. Lol The cookies are ALWAYS delicious! Terrible location, the cookies are fine but the manager Amelia is so rude to the employees. I don't think these kids get any training yet are expected to perform perfectly. I feel awful for the workers. I'd never want my kid to work here. read more

I ordered cookies through DoorDash from this location and I was missing a cookie from my box.

We arrived on opening weekend, on a whim, and didn't really know what to expect. It was a hot August afternoon, and the line was to the door, but we managed to somehow squeeze in. They had a box fan blowing, but it couldn't stave off the heat from the ovens. We bode our time swatting at the flies, as patrons kept leaving the door open. I don't know how they did it, but they really recreated the experience of being at one of my backyard barbeques. I'm not one to flaunt my collection of fabergé eggs or pay in excess of four dollars for a single cookie, but that changed after my first bite. Yes, the cookie was too squishy to pick up with human hands, so bae rifled through the glove box and thankfully found our emergency spoon. It was a deep-seated spoon so you really had to stick your tongue out to lick all of the icing. Came three days this week for cookies... sold out in several cookies each time we came. Came the first day of the week... sold out. So advised to come early the next day. Wow. They were already sold out by 9:30 AM which is very disappointing. Also very rude customer service. There were like six employees working, and nobody even answered at the drive-through when I drove up. Why even advertise your trendy treats when you don't have enough to supply your community? If I could give negative stars I would Emilia refused service with poor attitude and rolled her eyes multiple times. I had purchasesd a Shadow Ridge couple book that included 1 free cookie coupon that does not expire until 7/25. She refused service and blamed it on her manager. When I asked for the managers number she was rude, rolled her eyes and with attitude said I am not giving you that! With a coupon with the address to redeem and it being within the expiration date refused service. We will never come back to this location due to how she handled the coupon and how many times she rolled her eyes. I have made a complaint with corporate as well, and now filing with the BBB since it is a vaild coupon that was sponsored. The community needs to know that they are no longer supporting the HS students they signed up to support. Coupon picture is below to provide the address and it was with the vaild period to redeem. Finally tried Crumbl for the first time and I have to say that I don't feel like it lived up to the hype. We ordered three flavors - ice cream, blueberry, and some kind of chocolate. The large cookies, in my opinion were overpriced and tried too hard to have obscure flavors just for the sake of being different. I bought 6 cookies. I found a black hair first and thought it was my pet but I then kept finding more hairs that were brown and human hair. It's awful. The cookies looked delicious until I found hairs here's some other pics of the cookies. Your choice. I just am unsatisfied with the fact that hairs were in the cookie dough. read more

First time and last time coming here. Customer service was horrible! Ordered on the app, showed up in the time frame I selected, clicked "I'm here"...everything I was apparently suppose to do to pick up an order. There was one person inside picking up when I walked in. No one greeted me (that's fine your busy). But then 3 more people walked in after me and were all helped before anyone even said a word to me. Then when I was spoken to finally, it was a confused "are you picking up"? Really? Of course I'm picking up, I'm at the "pick up" counter. Then finally they decide to make my order and shove it at me on the counter, then turn around without a word. Really earned that tip I left!
