Poor layout when you walk in - HUGE area for cookies behind counter but the way customer area is laid out is not conducive to traffic flow. I came in this week for more gift cards because wouldn't you know it the single employee working at Cold Stone didn't know how to do gift cards and couldn't reach her manager. My nieces and nephews live all over the United States so I have to give birthday treats that are available in their cities. Crumbl cookie has been a favorite of ours since it came to Raleigh and we were so excited to get one in Greenville!!! Drove over an hour. The kiosks were not working so we had to talk directly to the lady serving. Makes it hard to decide when you have people waiting. The staff was socially awkward. No one was really as friendly as other locations. They didn't seem to know their cookies very well and while putting our order together it was being rushed and one dropped on the floor. Put in an online order last week for today (4-29) to be delivered at 930a. As I didn't want cookies sitting outside I rearranged my work schedule to be home; however cookies were not delivered by 11a so I went to work. Cookies were finally delivered around 4p. I had recently posted a good review foot this store but I would like to fix it. The reason I am changing my mind is because I placed an order on the CRUMBL app not DoorDash ( this is important later) I ordered a 4 pack and the Jimmy Fallon brownie. The DELIVERY process only is carved out to DoorDash so they text me a link for me to track my order. Everything was fine until I got my delivery and I saw the driver only have the 4 pack. I explained what I ordered and he said talk to DoorDash as I proceeded to do so in front the driver and he even saw that it said to call the store. I do so literally as soon as the walked in my house and I'm being given the run around and told to contact DoorDash after explaining they cannot help you l me everything was done through the CRUMBL APP. We came up with an agreement I would try and come pick it Saturday. I couldn't make it so I called the store trying to get a refund for just the 1 item I did not get. I was out on hold a bunch of times then told it would be on my card in the next 3-5 days. I get off the call and I get a notification that CRUMBL was trying to charge me for the brownie. Luckily I had my card locked because I felt like something like that was going to happen. The person I spoke to didn't seem to know eats they were doing and was clueless on how to assist. I am very disappointed in this and I feel kind I won't get my money back now. Moral of the story. If you want what you paid for go in the store and get it and may God help you if they forget one of your items. I gave 2 stars because at least the cookies I did get were good. read more

I came in around 9:30 on a Saturday morning , I was the only one in and everything was very clean. Rather than having to use the kiosk, the cashier took my order at the front. She was knowledgeable about which cookies were available in what size and reminded me when I frequently forgot. While I am disappointed that the cookies aren't baked fresh daily, they were still pretty tasty with a cool bottle of delicious chocolate milk on a rainy day read more

The cookies are very good but I can't give more than two stars for the poor management on this day. I realize they are a new store but we waited over an hour. I was told they were out of chocolate chip, so I asked what was ready and ordered galaxy brownie. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was finally told they were out of galaxy brownie but they had chocolate chip to replace it. They were out of majority of the options and there were employees standing around that could have helped box orders to speed things up. No one really seemed to know what was going on, so a manager should always be on duty with a new store to prevent these types of issues. read more

I placed an online order and I went in at the time my order was supposed to be ready and told the cashier my name and that I was here to pick up my order. I then waited thirty more minutes for my cookies while walk in orders were getting their orders before me. horrible. i love crumbl - but the greenville location IS NOT IT! just waited over an hour after having already checked in at the store to pick up my online order. staff was rude and unhelpful. we had to ask the worker to change her gloves after she touched the front door with them and continued to handle cookies. madness. i understand being newer and it's busy - but the people management has got to get better. read more
