These cookies have certainly grown on me since I first moved here. My new favorite cookies are the strawberry biscoff, chocolate chip and the Oreo cookie that they have out this week. They also have a great deal going on where if you bring them your receipt from Seven leaves, then they'll give you a free cookie. Another good location and this time the brownies were winners. Very fudgy and cut into smaller pieces and they even added chocolate fudge and sprinkles on the side but the brownies really don't need anything extra. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel strongly about sharing this experience. I visited this Crumbl location right before Mother's Day, excited to pick up cookies for my mom and make the day a little more special. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee I interacted with was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was spoken to with attitude for no reason and made to feel like I was bothering them just by being a customer. It honestly left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. What should have been a simple, happy holiday purchase turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience that completely ruined the moment I was trying to create for my family. I understand that retail can get busy, especially around holidays, but basic kindness and respect should never be optional. Crumbl cookies are just mid to me. Always fresh but never amazing flavor. I was excited they had strawberry cups but this was just gross. All the berries were mushy and inedible. The dubai brownie is back! I was so excited to be able to get another one. I walked in and was greeted. After I placed my order of a dubai brownie and cosmic brownie cookie, I got them immediately. I've been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it's gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you're in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there. I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S'mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the S'mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture. I've been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. This was the first time I've been in a Crumbl store, and I was very impressed! My son's school had a fundraiser at the Crumbl S. Durango location, which got me to finally go and try their cookies. I'm left wondering, why I didn't try them sooner! When I walked in I felt like I just stepped into a bakery kitchen, which was really neat. Then I needed to place my order on the computer at the front counter, which then automatically is sent to the person packing the orders behind the counter. I did have a couple questions and asked the lady putting the orders together. She was more than helpful, and super friendly. My order of a 6 pack of cookies was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cookies were outstanding! The Chocolate Chunk was rich in chocolate flavor. The Peanut Butter Butterfinger tasted exactly as the title - peanut buttery and crisp chunks of Butterfinger, and the brownie was moist and decadent. I've been seeing a lot about the Kardashian Jenner line up, so had to try it for myself! I did a curbside order. As I arrived and parked in the curbside spot, I remember how long it took them to come out last time so I went inside. They were putting my cookies in my box. I caught the girl as she was going out. My box had chocolate frosting and frosting all over the outside. It was a bit messy so I had to clean it before it goes all over my vehicle. I'm assuming they've been very busy because of this lineup, as the girl looked exhausted. What I ordered. I got the 4-Pack: Kendall's Cookie Dough cookie (4/5), Khloe's Cookies 'n Cream cookie (4.5/5), Kim's Snickerdoodle (2.5/5), and Kris' Chocolate Yellow Cake (1/5). I was actually very underwhelmed with the line up. I only liked 2. I was surprised bc I've been seeing that some of the cookies are real good. This review is based on this specific week flavor rotation. I wasn't super impressed with particularly any of the flavors this week. I hope each week they can read reviews and check inventory to see what flavors are deemed "good enough" to return back into the flavor cycle later in the future. The banana bread was a tad bland and the texture was off because it was more like bread texture than cookie texture. The white chocolate Mac nut was hard and dense, and the lemon poppy was slightly too tart and bitter. I hope to see some more classic fan favorite flavors make their way back into more rotations. My go to is the milk chocolate chip cookie, it sounds basic but they really make the best chocolate chip cookies. I've given up baking them at home now because it's not the same. They also do catering size cookies which are better snack size cookies but you need to order three days in advance and can only pick up from 10am-4pm. Which kinda ruins my cookie and coffee idea unless I order for the day before. ;) Ordered catering cookies in October so the seasonal flavor that week was pumpkin chocolate chip.
