Another good location and this time the brownies were winners. Very fudgy and cut into smaller pieces and they even added chocolate fudge and sprinkles on the side but the brownies really don't need anything extra. Service is always friendly and the store is exceptionally clean. Im sure I'll be back.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel strongly about sharing this experience. I visited this Crumbl location right before Mother's Day, excited to pick up cookies for my mom and make the day a little more special. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee I interacted with was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was spoken to with attitude for no reason and made to feel like I was bothering them just by being a customer. It honestly left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. What should have been a simple, happy holiday purchase turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience that completely ruined the moment I was trying to create for my family. I understand that retail can get busy, especially around holidays, but basic kindness and respect should never be optional. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should leave feeling the way I did.
I got a gift card but am not normally not a Crumbl buyer. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they no only had the larger cookies of the week but also them in mini form. The minis were so cute and tasty with lots of varied flavors and textures to meet every taste. Now that they have those, I'd be more likely to return. The cashier that rang me out was super friendly and helpful.

I've been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it's gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you're in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there. I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S'mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the S'mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture. I've been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. I'm already planning on making a trip back, just so I can get the cinnamon roll cheesecake before the lineup changes.

Created by Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan, rapid expansion through franchising yielding mixed results from store to store as evidence by Social Media, it was after several variable experiences that the westside storefront proved competent, the staff exceedingly pleasant while describing each choice. Undoubtedly popular in part due to photogenicity, though a sterile interior oversells the fact that everything is made from scratch, the first thing those entering in 2026 will notice is Crumbl's expansion to six "Classic" flavors in addition to four "Weekly" flavors, though occasionally one may find "Mystery Cookies" including specials from the previous week. Still a young company, so much success despite only starting in September 2017 certainly enviable, best bites came from specials that included "Dubai Biscoff Brownie," a nice texture with complexity added by Kataifi while Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip is executed as it aught to be. Offered onsite or via delivery from 8am until at least 10pm Monday through Saturday it was next that "Brownie Batter" took on the namesake before "Chocolate Crumb Cookie" put an Oreo-impregnated round beneath lots of Frosting. Again finding "Cake" concepts better than the Cookies by which crumbl made their name suffice it to say "Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl" is indulgent while Snickerdoodle, "Ultimate" Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Marshmallow all deliver on their nomenclature.
The famous Dubai brownie is back! I'm so excited to stop in and try this fan favorite again. I always do the online order ahead of time and they have a Specific that you press I"'m here" so that they could freshly package it up for you and have it ready instead of it just sitting around when you first order it. I also came in during the giveaway of the chocolate chip cookie day. This was a little bit different compared to the normal Crumbl style thick dense cookies, but actually didn't mind the thin crispy cookie. I have the online app and do all of the promotional rewards as far as writing reviews, And sharing with friends and I was able to redeem a free Crumbl cookie.
Crumbl cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious. The weekly rotating flavors keeps it interesting! We look forward to seeing the new flavors but are glad they keep at least chocolate chip on the menu every day, except Sunday when closed sadly. We've got the Crumbl rewards so quickly rack up free cookies since we order a lot for work birthdays and events. The minis are the best size for events and easier to eat and try all the flavors. If I see some good flavors pop up for the week, I'll bring a Mini 6-pack home to my wife. Don't sleep on the pumpkin flavors, it's the best for fall!
Easy pick up. Had to get the banana upside down cake. The other cookies tasted like sugar cookie with a hint of the flavors. I do recommend the banana upside down cake cause if taste like banana bread French toast I usually make. One of the cakes I would get again.

Crumbl Cookies were delivered and arrived in perfect condition and tasted great. This was the first time I've been in a Crumbl store, and I was very impressed! My son's school had a fundraiser at the Crumbl S. Durango location, which got me to finally go and try their cookies. I'm left wondering, why I didn't try them sooner! When I walked in I felt like I just stepped into a bakery kitchen, which was really neat. Then I needed to place my order on the computer at the front counter, which then automatically is sent to the person packing the orders behind the counter. I did have a couple questions and asked the lady putting the orders together. She was more than helpful, and super friendly. My order of a 6 pack of cookies was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cookies were outstanding! The Chocolate Chunk was rich in chocolate flavor. The Peanut Butter Butterfinger tasted exactly as the title - peanut buttery and crisp chunks of Butterfinger, and the brownie was moist and decadent. The wow factor for me was that there were no oil saturation marks at the bottom of the box. Proving the high quality ingredients being used. I will definitely be back! read more

I've been seeing a lot about the Kardashian Jenner line up, so had to try it for myself! I did a curbside order. As I arrived and parked in the curbside spot, I remember how long it took them to come out last time so I went inside. They were putting my cookies in my box. I caught the girl as she was going out. My box had chocolate frosting and frosting all over the outside. It was a bit messy so I had to clean it before it goes all over my vehicle. I'm assuming they've been very busy because of this lineup, as the girl looked exhausted. What I ordered. I got the 4-Pack: Kendall's Cookie Dough cookie (4/5), Khloe's Cookies 'n Cream cookie (4.5/5), Kim's Snickerdoodle (2.5/5), and Kris' Chocolate Yellow Cake (1/5). I was actually very underwhelmed with the line up. I only liked 2. I was surprised bc I've been seeing that some of the cookies are real good. Also, the cake one gave me a bad stomach ache (had it again today and gave me the worst stomach pain right after). I love Crumbl cookies. Will always get them if I'm craving cookies. This experience was a fair experience. I used to go to the one that was at Blue Diamond and Buffalo, but it closed. They always had friendly service. read more

This review is based on this specific week flavor rotation. I wasn't super impressed with particularly any of the flavors this week. I hope each week they can read reviews and check inventory to see what flavors are deemed "good enough" to return back into the flavor cycle later in the future. The banana bread was a tad bland and the texture was off because it was more like bread texture than cookie texture. The white chocolate Mac nut was hard and dense, and the lemon poppy was slightly too tart and bitter. I hope to see some more classic fan favorite flavors make their way back into more rotations. Every week recently there's been more times than not that I'm not super interested in the options. read more

# 2075! Hubby has his birthday cookie freebie burning a hole in his pocket. Hubby loves his sweets. Our boy is a 4th generation chocolate lover. Have a $25 gift card also burning a hole in our pocket. Checked out the reviews - 302 reviews, over 700 pics posted, 4 stars, whoa! Also checked out the menu and it looks like there are rotating flavors (depending on the season). Brookie, chocolate chip, chocolate cream pie, cinnamon roll, chocolate shake, coconut cream pie. They also do catering. Hubby spoke to the manager to see about getting his b-day reward. She suggested deleting the App and then downloading it again. When he said that the other shop honored it and that he already did that with the App. So she honored it. Yay! We got 2 brookies, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and 2 others- six pack $22.99. We had 8 cents left on the gift card. Hubby got the coconut cream pie cookie. Mmm. These are gourmet cookies, really decadent, but not overly sweet just enough. Good size. I completely understand about the popularity here. Wow. Looking forward to trying the other flavors. Everyone was really nice. Clean place. Crumbl cookies are always a hit for large groups. I conveniently ordered online and picked up at my convenience. Cookies were fresh and a hit. I ordered a little of everything. Personally I'm not a huge fan of the cookies because I think they're overly sweet as well as overpriced, but hey everyone else seems to like em at gatherings. read more
This location is one of the closest location to my that's why I always order and do my pick ups here but I never ever got a great customer service in this since day one that I've ordered here... And the customer service is always bad no hello no welcome no good customer service. The place is well kept inside out. The cookies are always good that's for sure... I just wish that the customer service is better I had a bunch of issues here and was never handled well besides bad attitude. Overall cookies are good app makes it easier to order but the picking up has always issue for me. But the Blue Diamond Location is always nice and never had issue. read more

Sugar addict here. The best cookies in the world!!! Crumbl cookies are so nice and soft and chewy. I honestly can't make them better at home. My go to is the milk chocolate chip cookie, it sounds basic but they really make the best chocolate chip cookies. I've given up baking them at home now because it's not the same. They also do catering size cookies which are better snack size cookies but you need to order three days in advance and can only pick up from 10am-4pm. Which kinda ruins my cookie and coffee idea unless I order for the day before. ;) Ordered catering cookies in October so the seasonal flavor that week was pumpkin chocolate chip. It was super good since it was almost like pumpkin bread in bite size form. This Durango location was easy to get in and out and super clean like all the other locations. read more
