I visited this Crumbl location right before Mother's Day, excited to pick up cookies for my mom and make the day a little more special. I've been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it's gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you're in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there. I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S'mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the S'mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture. I've been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. I always do the online order ahead of time and they have a Specific that you press I"'m here" so that they could freshly package it up for you and have it ready instead of it just sitting around when you first order it. This was the first time I've been in a Crumbl store, and I was very impressed! My son's school had a fundraiser at the Crumbl S. Durango location, which got me to finally go and try their cookies. I'm left wondering, why I didn't try them sooner! When I walked in I felt like I just stepped into a bakery kitchen, which was really neat. Then I needed to place my order on the computer at the front counter, which then automatically is sent to the person packing the orders behind the counter. I did have a couple questions and asked the lady putting the orders together. She was more than helpful, and super friendly. My order of a 6 pack of cookies was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cookies were outstanding! The Chocolate Chunk was rich in chocolate flavor. The Peanut Butter Butterfinger tasted exactly as the title - peanut buttery and crisp chunks of Butterfinger, and the brownie was moist and decadent. As I arrived and parked in the curbside spot, I remember how long it took them to come out last time so I went inside. They were putting my cookies in my box. I caught the girl as she was going out. My box had chocolate frosting and frosting all over the outside. It was a bit messy so I had to clean it before it goes all over my vehicle. I'm assuming they've been very busy because of this lineup, as the girl looked exhausted. What I ordered. I hope each week they can read reviews and check inventory to see what flavors are deemed "good enough" to return back into the flavor cycle later in the future. The banana bread was a tad bland and the texture was off because it was more like bread texture than cookie texture. The white chocolate Mac nut was hard and dense, and the lemon poppy was slightly too tart and bitter. I hope to see some more classic fan favorite flavors make their way back into more rotations. My go to is the milk chocolate chip cookie, it sounds basic but they really make the best chocolate chip cookies. I've given up baking them at home now because it's not the same. They also do catering size cookies which are better snack size cookies but you need to order three days in advance and can only pick up from 10am-4pm. Found long hair in one of our Biscoff Pies. We ordered 6 of the pies for a Thanksgiving party and one of the pies had a very long hair in it. Crumbl customer support wouldn't help and they instead directed us to the store for assistance. I called the store and they said this happens from time to time....
