This is one of the best cookie spots in Vegas! Not to mention the brownies! I give these cookies as thank you gifts to clients, friends and family. Everyone raves about them. Whitney - the owner and creator of cookies that look too good to eat and actually taste as good as they look - is AMAZING!! I was going to a dear friend's baby shower and thought it would be nice to bring some cute cookies. This sweet idea popped into my head a couple days before the baby shower though. Who am I gonna call??? The Cookie Zoo!!!! I did some online searching/Yelping and came across The Cookie Zoo; I am so glad I did!! I perused their website and was wowed by the various cookie designs! Whitney said my order could be done by the next day! YESSSSS!!! The ordering process was super simple. I let Whitney know the color schemes and let Whitney do her cookie magic. You can tell she is very experienced and talented at what she does!! Whitney was easily accessible through phone and email, and quickly responded to my initial inquiry! When I picked up the cookies, Whitney was flexible with the timing. If it was after hours, she was going to leave the cookies at Kanamaroo Indoor Playground for me to pick up. When I saw the cookies, I was blown away at how adorable they were!! Whitney was so sweet, she packed me a small bag of the sugar cookie scraps so I could taste how good the cookies were! Wow, wow, and WOW!! Seriously, mind blown away! I ordered a $65 custom birthday cookie tray with brownie bites for my Daughter's 11th birthday. As I work a lot and attend school as well, I am such a procrastinator and have a terrible habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done! I got in touch with Cookie Zoo on Monday and after corresponding for most of the day, I was finally able to speak with Whitney once I got out of work. I sent her the image I was looking to have done for my Daughter's cookies. She requested "Hooty" cookies from the Disney show "Owl House." I sent over the image I was looking for and was informed that the tray could in fact be done by Wednesday (the day of my Daughter's birthday). Wednesday afternoon, I headed over to Cookie Zoo to pick up my order and when I saw what they had created, it was beyond my expectations and I was speechless. I highly recommend this company. So many good things to say about this company. I searched a few other companies and prices as well. I was in search of 300 PAC-MAN cookies, from the first phone call with the owner, Whitney, to the end result was a positive experience. Whitney asked that I send her some "inspiration" photos and from there the price was great and delivery and the finished product was superb. Amazing cookies! I sent them a picture of the baby shower I needed the cookies for and they created the cookies in the baby shower ( woodland babies) theme that looked amazingly like the invitation! Gorgeous cookies that also tastes delicious!!! Everyone loved the cookies , and although they were almost too perfect to eat, everyone raved about the flavor while they polished off 150 cookies!! Wanting to reward and surprise the men of the office and show my appreciation for all the love and support over the last couple of weeks I decided to reward them with custom made cookies. The group of guys at my office are so great and need to be reminded how wonderful they are. They are very much like typical guys the best way to get their attention is with some kind of baked treat or those amazing comfort foods they all long for. Wanting to go light with these 100 degree days now here to stay, cookies seemed just right. I found Cookie Zoo with help from Siri's returned searches. There website is a breeze to use and all of their reviews on Yelp have nothing negative to offer. I consulted with their price list online before ordering. One always wants to know what the price is first. When I called the business the party at the other end was professional and took my order with absolutely no issues. This company does do specialized ordering but they offer a wide range of their own cookie and brownie created trays already. I decided that the brownie/cookie tray would do just fine for my guys. I am having them specialize the tray with Thanks. It's a nice and simple request and made plans to pick it up. When I finally did make it to the Cookie Zoo the tray of brownie/thanks cookies was all ready and boxed to go. I am so pleased with the wonderful job that they did making my thank you to the office guys come to fruition. Guess what too, I did not have to bake them either. The ordering was smooth and so was the pick up. For the tray that I ordered it had 16 mini brownies, and 28 cookies that read Thanks in varying colors. I let them create and use colors since they are the experts. I was not disappointed at all. Now I can reward the guys for jobs well done. I recently tasted their cookies at a baby shower and was impressed so I ordered the spring assortment . The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. The cookies taste good. I am disappointed in the size and for the price I would have expected a little bit more of a design that well something that I would not have been able to do . Some cookies were not even frosted only had a rosette on top. Some frosting job was poorly done . I am so pleased with the outcome of the cookies I ordered. I live out of town and I was flying in the day before to host a bridal shower. A lot has changed over the years from my original idea of a "cookie card" that was sent to every single zoo in the US (with zero orders) to expanding our menu to include new flavors, new edible creations, new packaging and always listening to our customers!

My love of animals and cookies was my original inspiration..my 1st idea was to sell "cookie cards" which bombed miserably. I joined a networking group,NAWBO and the LV Chamber and ran around dropping off samples and pitching my products to anyone who would listen. Over the years, I learned to listen to my customers, their preferences, suggestions and today we specialize in all things cookies and other goodies!

I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat!
