I've walked by this location multiple times thinking $5 seemed excessive for a cookie but I was finally proven wrong today...My boyfriend and I stopped in and decided on the cornbread cookie which was incredible! It was arguably one of the best cookies I've had in my life! The icing with the honey was bomb. The texture of the cornbread cookie was also on point. I enjoyed the cornbread cookie so much that I ended up looking up franchise info for Crumbl Cookies! I'm thinking about getting a box of these for my next open house as well. Being that I didn't even get my cookies I am unable to rate any higher than 1 star. Giving this store the benefit of the doubt because this was their first week open and lines have been a half mile long every day, I am not at all whatsoever rating the quality of the cookies because I am sure they're amazing. I placed a curbside order for pick up around 6:10pm. I called to make sure they were doing curbside, to which I was told yes but to bear with them because the wait could be a little longer than expected. When I arrived I hit the "I'm here" button on the app, and found I was 10th in place. Again, the lines have been a half mile long all week so being pregnant and unable to stand on my feet for that long I was happy I finally had the option to wait it out in my car in the A/C. I waiting two hours and watched my place in line go from 10th, 9th, 8th all the while watching Crumbl employees bring happy customers their cookies. Finally I got down to 2nd place around 8:15pm. Just a few short minutes later I looked down at my app to see I was in 14th place... this is where it goes down hill. I got out of my car which was parked in the curbside parking, and walked to the front where an employee was standing. I said "I was 2nd place in line, and just saw on the app I was bumped to 14th... is this a mistake?" And he said "yeah this happens when you don't come get your cookies." I said "but, I placed a curbside order and I have been waiting here for over 2 hours... I was here for my cookies" to which he responded "yeah, some employees have been bringing them to the cars and some have been yelling the names from the front door." (I would like to point out here, I have been watching employees bring boxes of cookies out to the cars for 2 hours now... so I call bull shit. I would also like to point out that curbside means curbside, not in store pick up so this excuse is irrelevant). I said to him, "is there anyway for me to get my order now or am I going to have to wait in line all over again?" He rolled his eyes and VERY sarcastically said, "I'm so sorry you don't have your cookies." Turned around, and walked inside. I stood there in disbelief for about 5 more minutes, then cancelled my order on the app and left. My critique is: have a manager or rather anyone with any type of customer service experience standing outside as the face of your newly opened business. It doesn't take much to be kind, but it also doesn't take much to ruin a first impression and I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. A simple, "I'm so sorry let me go check on that for you," and a slight bit of effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way but instead I was met with half ass excuses and a clearly miserable and ill trained employee. I'll wait 6 months to try again for the lines to go down and for them to weed through the bad hires, and I will definitely suggest the same to anyone who asks. This place has the best cookies of all time, it 100% lives up to the so called "hype" if you've never had one of their cookies you have to go. I was there this past Saturday night at close...midnight. I got a variety of cookies, and the service was great. One of the young men even carried the boxes out to my van and put them in for me. I took the cookies to our Bible quiz practice on Sunday, and the kids loved them. These were still super fresh the next day. They were all saying how wonderful Crumbl is. I've heard mixed reviews about crumbl cookies. The cookies are a great size and super thick. They are a bit overpriced as well and super sweet. Some of the cookies were too sweet, even for me (a person with a giant sweet tooth). The original chocolate chip was my favorite out of the ones I tried, with good flavor and the chocolate chunks were good. This cookie was softer so it tasted almost doughy, but I think that is what crumbl is aiming for in terms of texture for most of their cookies? The lemon cupcake one was a little dry and crumbly, but flavor was also good. The peanut butter and toffee brownie cookies were wayyyy too sweet. It's probably because of the icing on top, which was pretty good, but paired with an already really sweet cookie made it tooth-aching. Service was quick and easy since you just use a kiosk. I wanted to try it at least once, and I think this was it. It's cool that they have new cookies every week, so maybe I just haven't found one that I really like yet. read more

Order 4 cookies, I watch guy put two in a box and go in back to pull out a tray. A full five minutes later, another guy sees me waiting( there is no one in store) and asks me if he can help. I tell him I am waiting for my cookies. He asks the other guy who proceeds to tell him it will be 15 minutes. I can not wait, I have a movie to catch. He then proceeds to put two cookies that I do not want (did not order) in box to make it a 4 pack. I ask for a refund. It was like pulling teeth. Any normal server would have offered me the two that I had wanted and apologized for not having any additional and processed a refund for the missing two, no questions asked. After lots of begging, I finally caved to my 9 year old daughter and headed to Crumbl for some cookies to celebrate the end of the first week of school. I placed my order at 8pm on the app for 6 cookies, 2 chocolate chip, 2 old fashioned donut, 1 walnut fudge brownie, and a lemonade (I wanted to try the fried ice cream but the app said sold out.) My order said to arrive at 8:30. I checked in through the app a few minutes early. By 8:45 I was still waiting for my cookies along with about 15 other people inside the store. It was around this time when they finally decided to acknowledge me and tell me they were waiting for the lemonade to be "dressed". At least another 5 minutes passed and I was finally handed my box of cookies. Cookies were nice and warm, minus the lemonade which is served "chilled". I found these to be warm, thick, undercooked cookies. The middle seemed to be a large mount of undercooked, almost raw dough. For the $20 I spent for 6 cookies, I would have liked them to be fully cooked. Flavor wasn't the greatest. I definitely won't be rushing back for more. I'd rather spend my money on a tub of nestle toll house chocolate chip dough and bake my own at home. At least I can my cookies in less than an hour if I bake my own. read more
