This place is an absolute joke. I'm not even sure why they opened a store in Waco if they aren't going to even attempt to get any delivery orders right. I had ordered two cookies as a late Valentine's Day delivery, the Strawberry Cake and Molten Lavender cookie. They sent the person the Molten Lava cookie and some Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookie. This is the third time they've gotten an order wrong, and I know this tends to be an issue with the particular Crumbl store. Employees can't follow directions, are unfriendly, and simply can't do their jobs. I've learned my lesson and definitely won't be back if I can't ever get what I actually ordered. read more

SO GOOD!! We are so excited to finally have a Crumbl in Waco after seeing friends post about their experiences for so long. Though today was the first day they were open, service was so fast and friendly. You don't usually experience that on the first day of business without some hiccups. Multiple people greeted us when we entered & there were several kiosks to order from. It was fast moving & we got our order within a minute of placing it. I love that the menu rotates each week & there's a variety of flavors in the weekly menu. For this trip, both mine and my husband's favorite was the Kentucky butter cake! The cookies were fresh & amazing. We were surprised at how big they are which definitely justifies the cost. We'll definitely be back! read more

As you all know, every story has a twist. Our first visit to Crumbl, Mike and I both got the chocolate walnut brownie cookie. We took them back to the hotel room and each ate part of our cookie. I put mine in the refrigerator and Mike left his on the counter. Today, after a long day of sightseeing and doing the normal tourist stuff, we returned to the hotel. Housekeeping had thrown Mike's cookie away! He was so mad! All I could do was laugh, poor guy. The front desk did compensate us for the cookie, but that didn't take care of Mike's chocolate walnut brownie craving. LOL! I'll give them four stars since others in my family really liked them. For me, there are cookie places near home that I like better. The iPad ordering is cute, and their service is friendly. I think the red velvet was likely everyone's favorite, followed by the icebox. Some of the others were just fair in my opinion. My least favorite was the peanut butter, which was kind of grainy and gummy tasting. That was definitely not how I like my cookies. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and cornbread from this week's menu. The strawberry shortcake was amazing and well worth the extra charge for this week. However, the cornbread was terrible. I had a mini one yesterday and ordered it many times last time it was on the menu so I was excited to get the big one, but the scoop of "butter" frosting turned out to be whipped cream. Additionally, there was no honey drizzle. Because of this it tasted nothing like cornbread. I got it delivered and can't seem to understand why they did not inform my dasher if they were out of the buttercream frosting for this cookie. I would have liked a substitution if this was the case so I'm pretty disappointed. read more

If you are passing through Waco then you MUST stop at crumbl! This is a fairly new location with great customer service. This was my second time visiting this location and just like the first time I was very pleased with my visit. Their cookies are fresh and both times I only had to wait about 3 minutes for my order to come out. I love the concept of being able to look online ahead of time to see what are the cookies of the week. They even have an app that you can download and order ahead of time yo ensure your cookies are ready for you when you arrive. read more

I'm in LOVE with Crumbl Cookies! The cookies here are large, freshly, soft baked cookies In fact, I'm inclined to believe they are slightly undercooked leaving them evenly soft on the outside as well as the inside. The sound of that may not be too appealing to some, but perhaps they're not the ones who snuck into the bowl to eat raw cookie dough as a kid. I still do as an adult! Every week new flavors are presented, leaving the previous weeks flavors a sweet memory, if you were lucky enough to to try them. I think this idea is genius! Kudos to the one who thought of this idea! Only downside is if you fell in love with a particular flavor, you'll never know when it will be available again. Ok so I will say in advance that my wife is an award winning baker though it is her hobby and in no way a business of any kind as her job is as a marketing exec at a healthcare company. Since baking is her hobby we try out a great many bakeries for ideas as well as just to taste the yummy goodies. We decided to try out Crumbl cookies while in Waco and these are honestly some of the worst cookies from a cookie specialty store we have eaten. The dough for each different flavor is basically the same and even the chocolate chip cookie was not bad but just without any real flavor. The chocolate chips they are using have to be the cheapest available and have little chocolate flavor at all. Nestle chips are much tastier and of higher quality. In addition these cookies are soft and almost taste undercooked and doughy. I will say that the staff were very nice and friendly. Great customer service! Any truly good store bought cookie such as Tates or Pepperidge farm are better tasting. They are basically cookies with some nice toppings that cover up a cookie that is bland at best. This was a big disappointment as we had read a lot of great reviews on their cookies but we tried 4 different flavors and felt the same about all of them. I'm giving this place three stars because one of the employees wiped her sweaty face with gloves that she did not take off and put clean ones on and continued to touch the cookies. The other reason is that we told the manager she nodded as if she understood but we watched her doi nothing about the situation and actually just laugh with the employee who still had her sweaty gloves on touching cookies. This was yesterday(July 31st). Besisedes that the cookies were good minus the sweat hopefully and the building is new and clean. They were sold out of ice cream so didn't get a chance to taste the creamery. But just work on the food safety its not a joke if someone gets sick. read more

My roommates LOVE going to to get their weekly dose of Crumbl and while I am not a big cookie monster myself, I take bits and pieces of their leftovers and enjoy them to myself.
