This place is a joke. On May 10th, TEN WEEKS AGO, I reviewed this gym. My only two complaints at the time were lousy housekeeping and equipment that stays out of working order for extended periods. Well, since then, NOTHING has changed. As my husband is in the military and we relocate a lot, we've been members of over a dozen gyms. We've NEVER seen a gym that cares so little about its members. Even the smallest mom-and-pop gyms repair their equipment in a timely manner. The leg press and cable station pictured have been out of order for three months now. Since then, three other cable stations have gone out of order. WTF, Crunch? I guess you just don't give a flying fornication about your members. The only reason we still go to this gym is that it's convenient. BTW, EVERYONE complains about the busted equipment and the deplorable condition of the restrooms. read more

The showers are so little with no where at all for you to put your stuff except out the door. You can't put your bag inside or it will get wet. Water didn't get hot. I still don't feel clean! read more

I love the tanning beds and how clean they are. The staff has always been extremely nice, welcoming, and professional.

I've been at crunch for a few months now. I have the package that includes classes and childcare. So I thoroughly enjoy being able to come to the gym while I have my kids and they can enjoy some interaction and fun with others or just chill. I am able to be a part of any of the classes I sign up for and I've never been to a class that I didn't love! The instructors are all so wonderful, full of energy, and kind! The equipment is available and a wide range. I like having access to the taming bed, aquamassage and sauna. The gym really has a lot to offer. The other gym members are always kind as well. That means a lot for someone like me who is more on the shy side. The facility is clean and stocked anytime I've been. It's definitely a place I would recommend. read more

Don't Ever work here ! UNDER PAYED for sure. Manager Amanda wants you to do extra work or even her job while being under payed. They lie to customers everyday about memberships just to get their money. You barely see any of your commission because the managers take it all. Honestly they don't gad about their employees. You can have an emergency they still want you to find someone to cover your shift when it's their job to do that. Management SUCKS HERE !!! Please don't waste your money & time here. I have been to several gyms in the area over the oast 5 years. Crunch Fitness is by far the largest. If you want to use a treadmill this is the place to be. There are about 20 t0 25 of them. I never counted them. As far machines they do not have many duplicates so waiting for a particular machine can take a while. My pet peeve is people who use the machines as a chair while texting on their phones. If you want to use your phone get out of the machine so someone else can use it. They have boxes that you can use to jump up on. I sit on one with weights and sit and stand to strengthen my legs. Everyone else uses them as a coffee table to hold their water bottles and phones. That is what the floor is there for. But other than that I think it is the best gym in Warner Robins, GA. read more

Crunch won't cancel gym membership after multiple visits, phone calls.They claim it was canceled but credit card's still being charged. Very upsetting to deal with this location. read more

Ok so this gym is the biggest bang for the buck in this dilapidated middle GA town, so take this for what it's worth. Like many other fitness centers I've tried around the US, the staff doesn't do enough walk arounds to police the patrons using the dumbbell lane as their own personal gym and FILL the empty paper canisters and throw out the garbage! Get off your phones and do your job! In addition to this, the parking lot is freaking disgusting...mainly due to the slew of "thugs" leaving their food trays and garbage outside of their cars. I've never seen so much of this AND the enormous amount of pot smoking in a parking lot in my entire adult life! Cheese and Rice people...you're not taking health supplements...you are destroying your body! Anyways the gym is priced right and I'll tolerate it but I'm getting grumpier....grrr! read more

Too many plumbing issues with this gym. Constantly closing the locker room and bathroom due to these issues. At least 1-2 times a month it's not available due to these issues. Does not seem to be managements priority to get it fixed. They re not taking the membership money and fixing issues that are promised when you join. If your hoping to have a place to change, lock up your things, workout and shower afterwards with no interruptions between days, this is not the place you want to count on. read more

I usually like my experiences here at this gym, but I was working out tonight and the workers were harassing us to leave the gym early? Gym closes at 9 and they were telling us they're closing at least 5 mins early. Not a huge deal, but they had nasty attitudes about it and makes it hard to enjoy your workout. read more

My son brung me to this establishment and sign me up. When I walked in, Joshua immediately greeted us and help me with all of my concerns. This place is clean and has a lot of space. I'm so glad that my son brought me there to sign up. I will start my health journey tomorrow. Thanks to my son Carlos and the staff at Crunch name Joshua. read more

have had excellent results with the trainers at Crunch in Warner Robins. I've been working with Kaitlynn since June & am very happy with my results. She takes your goals & pushes you to reach them. She helps you to realize you are capable of more than you originally thought you were. All of the class instructors are encouraging when you try new classes & so positive about your efforts. Jayda is amazing. She makes everyone feel welcome & encourages everyone who tries new classes to just have fun. She has a contagious energy that makes you WANT to be around her for workouts. Every trainer I've met has been wonderful . It's been a very positive environment to workout in. People of all walks of life just mingle here to do their own thing. I enjoy this gym and am here at least five days a week. There is something for everyone to enjoy doing. read more

Good gym and amazing equipment just needs more bars because some are bent and of all the crunches I been to this is the only one I have seen where they have the studio room lights locked up where you can change it and I can vouch for many people they don't like that because the studio room has the perfect lighting for progress pictures read more
