We always have a wonderful time when we go to big shots! The service is great no matter what.

This is a great place to play. The service was outstanding. The food was ok but nothing bad. We had a great time with the family.

Myself and several other people I know have been double charged at this place. This can't be a coincidence. When you complain they say they will take care of it but then they don't. It's a fight to get your money back. I wonder how much extra money they make on people that don't check. read more

A welcome addition to St George although with a bump or two. They started out with a large and interesting menu but now it's been severely scaled back to where our favorite meals are no longer available. The service can be a bit chaotic at times but all in all, a super fun way to spend a couple of hours hitting golf balls while playing various games. read more

To start with, we weren't happy after sitting for 20 minutes until someone acknowledged our presence and only after we contacted the general manager. Once he stepped in our waitress and the new bartender Cassy saved the day. She was efficient, friendly and constantly update us and other tables she was serving. The first bartender a male didn't even acknowledge us, we got there at 4:10 and Cassy didn't even start until 4:30 but once the manager addressed the situation she took charge all of the other waitresses and the other bartender were standing around like they had no clue they were working. Service sucks! Only gave a 1 star because its required to post. Only came up to our party with 8 adults and one child to say only 6 people allowed at the bay. on both sides of us each bay had over 15 people but we are a fire hazard!!! Is it because we were the only people who aren't WHITE??? Why didn't the person checking us in and seating us say anything about the size of our party??? Or any of the people at the front desk??? We had a group of 17 for lunch. We notified the restaurant manager ahead of time and asked if that was doable. It wouldn't be a problem they said. When we arrived along with other diners there was only one server on duty. She did the best she could but was obviously overwhelmed covering 12 tables at once. The kitchen also appeared to be overwhelmed by the orders. An hour and 10 minutes later we got our meals. Suddenly there were several servers there to bring out the food. Where were they earlier? This seems like a management problem of allocation of resources. They had the opportunity to impress 17 customers and sadly they did make an impression but not one they wanted. The food was good and the prices quite reasonable but if you don't want a long dining experience look elsewhere. read more

This was a really fun night!! Servers were attentive, the night was very cold, but the double bank of large overhead heaters kept us warm and toasty in just a long sleeve shirt. Food and drinks definitely were underwhelming. I would equate food and drink to food at a bowling alley or cinema. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun evening. If you are looking for good food and drinks I recommend going somewhere else before. read more

The place is absolutely stunning because it's fairly new still. The place is clean & bright with a lot of things to do for people of all ages I'm giving 3 stars because when we went they didn't have half of the things on the menu. I wish a heads up when we got there would've been nice especially because our server didn't come til like 20-25mins after we got to our bay. We had to get another server & she was hustling checking on every bay on our side while other workers were just standing around. They didn't help her at all. She was working so hard we actually helped her clean up. Overall I would come back. We've been here for 2 hours as a party of 10 and we have yet to be weighed by anyone in the restaurant. we are the only people in here. The Sever with the Man Bun brought us our water and that is it. I am absolutely fed up with the TERRIBLE service. I will not be returning to this place ever again. If you want to eat here, do it 2 hours in advance. Fun a lot like TopGolf. Definitely pricy but great time. Food is average but you're are there for entertainment so it's secondary.

This place is amazing, food is top notch and the games available are awesome. I have to say one thing for people who want to show up and lounge around. It's definitely ok to hangout but keep in mind that these servers and staff that work there are working their tail off. Don't be cheap and come to this place if you are not a tipper ($2/hr min wage does not pay the bills). They work for tips and it's disheartening for servers when people stay at a table for 3 hours, only to write on a receipt "too broke to tip." These people work harder and have to walk even further than your typical server. So keep in mind next time you show up how hard these servers are working and tip them well. read more

Had a great time at big shots golf. I know they're still working out the kinks and may be a little short staffed , but we had an amazing server working in our bay while we hit some golf balls , her name was Jennifer , she was outstanding , very nice and very professional. Craig the bartender is awesome goes out of his way to make you a great drink, food did take a bit long , but it tasted great and there was one other lady , I think her name was Tina, that helped us get situated in our bay, she was delightful , very fun and nice lady! read more

First time there. Tried going the day before in the morning for my son's birthday but they were booked until 8:30 pm. (It is the week between Christmas and New Years so busier then usual). May want to make reservations the day before. Heater wasn't working in our bay so it was cold. Recommend asking for upper level as sensors work better for the games. Even with reservations we waited 15 minutes to get our bay. Employees were pleasant. Food okay nothing special. Wasn't allowed to extend our time as they were full. I'd definitely give it another shot as they are the only choice in town however in my opinion Tog Golf is better quality all around. read more

Restaurant personnel just don't care about attending to customers sitting at the tables. Waiters and waitresses just kept walking by and would not even look your way. The hotel had recommended this place so when I went back to hotel I told them don't even mention this place to your customers if they are looking for a place to eat. read more

This was our first time to big shots. The gold itself was great, but nothing was explained at all. We wanted to get a printout of our shots at the end but was told we had to enter our email address before time ran out. Came to play golf and drink, got the playing part and not much drinking. Our server came once, and he was drinking/playing with other people. I went the bar but told i had to wait for my server. He came back when we were about to leave to charge for the drinks he brought at the start and somehow 2 drinks that cost $15 each, got charged from my card $70. This place was not Bussin. It's an off brand top golf, but what ruined my experience the most was not the golf, but the food, specifically the fried pickles. If you ever go here and are craving fried pickles all I can tell you is don't get them. They should be removed from the menu and never served again. They were freeze dried pickles and tasted like salt and vinegar chips. Definitely disappointed in my experience. read more

Not impressed! We made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early to check in. We were told our bay wasn't ready and to have a seat in the restaurant and we would receive a text when it was ready. After about 15 minutes after our appointment time, we checked with the front desk, we were told they were getting the bays cleaned up and getting a server assigned and we would receive a text when it was ready. After another 15 minutes we again asked the front desk when it would be ready (this was one hour after we arrived, 45 minutes after our reservation time). When our bay was not ready we asked to see the manager multiple times, it took 30 minutes to get a manager, who was sitting in his office doing nothing BTW. We we're finally taken to our bay only to be offered 20% off food and beverage by the manager. My advice is not waste your time here!! Topgolf is a much better choice. read more

How can a business run a place with a supervisor like they have there. She is so unprofessional. I would never come back. Be aware before you book an event! Walked in, got added to waitlist and was told it's a 40 minute wait. An hour goes by so I go back to ask about the status and was told wait time got moved out to 90 minutes. We got pushed out but they still had open reservations available online for the time that we were in the building. read more

I recently ate at Anthem, the BIGSHOTS restaurant. The food was adequate but not outstanding. My problem started with paying the check. We received one check that my friend and I asked to be split on credit cards. When the checks came out, my friend's was correct and mine was for the entire amount, close to $70. I asked the waitress to correct the error and she returned with a check with the correct amount. When I checked my bank statement, I had been charged the ENTIRE AMOUNT. I drove back the next day to try to get a refund. The waitress said she couldn't help us and called the manager. We waited 10 minutes and she finally came out and said she would"have to look it up". Another 20 minutes passed and we questioned the waitress. She proceeded to tell us they were understaffed, overworked etc. we pointed out that we had been waiting 30 minutes. The waitress talked with the manager and returned with a post it note telling me to write my name and phone number and someone would get back to us. I declined and insisted on seeing the manager. The waitress informed me the manager was "too busy pushing food" to see me. I again insisted on seeing the manager. She finally came out and spoke with me. She had not done anything about resolving the issue, that she really didn't have the training to look up transactions, and make refunds. I asked if the matter could be resolved with a phone call and she assured me yes. As days passed and I didn't get a call, I called the manager with whom I could not speak, and got a call back of "we're working on it". To date I have not had resolution. The waitress was rude and disrespectful. The final insult was the waitress and manager exchanging a look that said, "these ladies are annoying and a waste of our time. " I saw the look and called them on it, pointing the overall lack of concern and respect we had received. Again, I am still waiting for resolution. read more

We walked in, sat down for 10 min then the server came up to get our drink order (no personality and asked what beer I wanted 3 separate times) waited an additional 30 min and never saw our server. The manager stopped by us twice and never helped us for 40 min. Ridiculous. Our second time here for our entire extended family. Paid for 12 for two hours, and was told those that were not playing could not be with us. There were 3 adults and 1 child that were not playing. We were told they had to rent a space or wait downstairs. One Lane was not working properly and that took 15 minutes to rectify. Food and drinks took too long. Food was just okay. Not sure if we will be going again. They did allow us all to be in two lanes the first time. The manager was summoned and comped us the third lane for free. That was a positive. read more
