Stopped by the plaza and noticed this little store, knew I had to try it as a protein lover. The store is very clean and has a colorful atmosphere. The lady working the desk was quick and nice, she let us know all the syrup flavors they had for the protein coffees. The protein coffee taste more of chocolate protein and less coffee taste. I enjoyed it and the caramel drizzle was of no extra charge which I love! Thoroughly enjoy checking small businesses and look forward to trying one of Crush Nutrition smoothies next time. read more

Shakes are so good, but majority are pretty sugar heavy so if you're a health continuous person be aware that you'll get your protein but will so hit that sugar craving. Regardless shakes are amazing and of course we had to grab the protein buckeye balls and they were amazing. Staff was so patient and courteous. read more

My husband and I stop by here pretty often when we get done with the gym and we get a protein shake. They have a bunch of different flavors but my favorite is the birthday cake one. Surprisingly these drinks are actually very healthy and not loaded with carbs, sugar, and calories! Even though they taste like dessert, they're not. It's Herbalife storefront, masked as a "Nutrition" bar. When in actuality Herbalife is just an MLM with little to do about nutrition. It's a gorgeous store, we walked in and asked questions about what were in the drinks and everything was Herbalife. It's unfortunate, we need a true nutrition bar in town that isn't trying to recruit their next team member or push untested products as "nutrition". read more

I didnt even know this place existed. My friend brought me to the cutest place ever. There were 5 younger women (college age) entroducing me to what they offered. I do have to say there was a lot of employees to run one register, but i guess the owner likes to pay everyone. The shop is super cute. I didn't know what to get but I started with the teas. The teas are suppose to give ya a boost of vitamins. The mermaid drink was beautiful but not the best. Cost me 10 bucks for some lemonade and some pretty colors. What is so cool is herbalife came up with a beverage bar. I want to rate y'all so high but it just was a fail. Im giving it 3 stars bc of the friendly women and the awesome decor. read more

This store is a Herbalife scam. They just mix some powders with water and that's it and also it's so EXPENSIVE. Nothing nutritional here, if you want nutritional food eat REAL FOOD not powders. I really wanted this place to be good, it's close to my house and convenient but nope. The menu says shakes and teas but what you get instead is something that tastes like flavored alka seltzer. I really really want to like this place, I do. But I just can't seem to find anything there that actually tastes good. The people here are SO friendly and the interior is so flipping cute. All the drinks comes out looking delicious, but just dont taste it. The first time I came, I tried their Mermaid Tea. It was this beautiful, rainbow layered tea that tasted like straight up Airborne. I came back a second time and tried the cafe latte frap. Tasted very chalky like a protein bar. I do give it 3 stars because of how wonderful the people were, I just wish it tasted good :( read more

Upon entering: beautifully designed, great atmosphere, comfortable, trendy. I had no idea that it was an herbal life bar upon entering (not a fan of herbal life, but I stayed anyway). I really wanted to like it I wasn't aware of what Herbalife was, which is what all their products are. I asked if it was milk based and they said no, I also asked if it was whey protein and they said no. Honestly it's my own fault I didn't look into it more first. After looking it up Herbalife products contain casein which is a milk protein. Made me feel absolutely sick to my stomach after a few sips, same with my husband. Had a very chalky aftertaste. The staff was really nice though and the atmosphere is beautiful. I wish them nothing but luck! But if you are sensitive to animal products watch out. They should be more upfront about what's actually in their products. read more

Only because I know how important working in a nice & friendly atmosphere is, which they are towards guests, there was one girl in specific who was very snappy at the other girls simple question in front of me and she seemed to be in charge at that time. There was nobody but me waiting for a drink nor in line. It was not the owner, I only brought this to attention because i know how it feels to be spoken to unprofessionally for unnecessary reasons. . They have really cool names for shakes...but it was not good at all. I tried the Chunky Monkey and I didn't like it. Also, the menu doesn't tell you what is in each "shake" and you will have to ask for each one. I used google maps to find a smoothie shop, and Crush came up. But, it's not a smoothie shop, not one on the menu. I'm pretty sure they have dairy somewhere in there "shakes." read more
