It is relatively well organized, but they have a more limited offering for product than some others we've been in. They had the standard seasonal items (Valentine's Day in this case) and of course party supplies. They have a good housewares section, but I didn't see a rug at the price I wanted this time, so we didn't leave with anything. Overall: B+ A-OK location with a relatively well organized store and plenty to look at.

I was make a purchase to a small Addias duffel bag and it did not have a tag. The cashier manager was trying to be very helpful when Mr. Barry pages him the he can look for item. Barry then comes up with a larger duffel bag that was $24.99 and I replied I'm sure it was $12.99. He got very upset and said that's what the price is they all have this price and walked away. I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager. I would say that the cashiers are a lot more eligible for the position to be the store manager. Customer service is key to a successful business.

We made the mistake of going here after going here about a year ago, which was lackluster then. Shame on us. Yes, both times we left with some purchases. Nothing really great, but we did. This time I abandon the better half and went outside, with her telling me she was almost done. After about a half hour I returned to find out WTF. She was in line to check out, 4 people deep with about 8 more behind her. I literally waited another 15+ minutes for her to get up to an open cash register where initially there were only two open. A third opened ad one register was usurped by a couple of women with about 15 items, which wasn't a bad thing; but the clerk was on Thorazine or something and moved like molasses. All I can say is that I was so glad to finally get out of this place! The better half commented that this was the worst Burlington she's been in. I believe her.

When we got to checkout after we purchased our items they said they had no bags. We had quite a few big items and you can't use their cart. They said we could use their plastic red bins. Then on the way out, security yelled out you can't take those out. My Mom yelled back that she was bringing them back. It was an extremely frustrating trip shopping.

You just need to be discerning and don't have high hopes for nothing but glitz and glamor. We have purchased some fruits and vegetables, which we have not complaints about. We also have purchased some beautiful healthy plants at reasonable prices, as well as some "garage sale" type items that saved us from having to traverse neighborhoods looking for said type items. They do have vendors that sell miscellaneous "junk" and we have bought a few items from them as well. This may not be a place for the bougie, albeit we did see some booths with bougie (in our minds eyes) items for sale. Even though we have been here a few times I still don't think we have traversed the entire property. There is just so much and so many booths. We'll be back again. The last pair of tights we purchased from them lasted almost the entire. (The other place we used to go to had tights that we needed to buy every month as they tore or split.) The tights they have in stock are crazy high quality and last even with my kids' super clumsy ways and rough treatment. The pink ballet slippers with pink tights cost about $35.
