Barry then comes up with a larger duffel bag that was $24.99 and I replied I'm sure it was $12.99. He got very upset and said that's what the price is they all have this price and walked away. I asked the cashier if I can go get the same item with a price tag and I did find the same item with a $12.99 tag. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by a store manager. I would say that the cashiers are a lot more eligible for the position to be the store manager. Customer service is key to a successful business.

I usually go on Saturday during the Farmers Market and park just a block away. I purchased a Top Buttons reusable bag but you can bring your own, purchase one there or just carry out the clothes! The staff could not be more helpful, the store very clean. The more upscale clothing (think Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Gap, etc) are in the front and the rest of the clothing in the back where the four dressing rooms are located. They also have days where they send out text to say fill up a bag for $50 or 25-50% off all of your purchases, etc. All great deals! They also have stores in Bartow and Winter Haven. There's no variety of the old fashioned department store feel, stores that are classy, fun, unique, except driving to Posner Park, or worse Tampa/Orlando, but same cookie cutter types, or one called Ollies...good choice for bargains...The Eagle Ridge Mall needs an overhaul or to be condemned. But still this area needs more stores. Wal*Nutz, Target don't cut it... the culture and clientele that shop there eventually trash it and act ghetto ... it's despicable...crime centers especially Wal*Nutz...Bring back Penny's, Macys. Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it. The workers can only do so much and believe me. I come from a retail/merchandise background to know the more you do, the more they expect, the more they expect, the less they appreciate. The fitting room space was kinda small, they had 4 rooms but they didn't have the husband bench like they do in other stores. The lady running the fitting room was giving all her energy and attention to her friends whom were inside the rooms trying stuff on. I did see a lot of the cute clothes from my email inside the store and they had cute outfit ideas on mannequins but their sandal displays need help.
