It's been 7 years since I first reviewed Crust & I'm pleased to inform my fellow Yelpers that I love it just as much now as I did then. All these years later and it's still my favorite pizza place. I hadn't been in quite a while before this past weekend, so I was a little nervous that it had changed and maybe wouldn't be as good anymore. Much to my pleasant surprise, everything was exactly as I remembered it! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who took our order. She was so kind & genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with customers. I didn't see my usual favorite (Mr. Potato Head) on the menu so I assumed they discontinued it. However, we asked after we ordered and she said it's still a menu item! So I'll have to make sure to go back and get it the next time. My husband and I split a chicken Caesar salad and a medium pizza, though we could've easily gone down to a small size. They really don't cheat you out of toppings & that's one thing I'll always appreciate about this restaurant! I'm eager to bring it back into my local restaurant lunch rotation. read more

Great option for pizza! I love the convienice of Crust, its less than 10 minutes from home and getting the food was quick n' easy. The pasta wasn't my favorite, but everything else was really great. The Blanco Pizza was delicious and the wings certainly had that classic zesty, spicy kick. This meal certainly hit the spot, satifying my craving for wings and pizza. Delicious! The food here is consistently exceptional! My favorite order is the Don with wings dry and well done. the Don is the perfect blend of meat. All the ingredients are cut to a similar size, making the pizza easy to eat for all age groups. I also like the way the pizza is cut into square pieces, which maximizes the number of servings. The wings are great! They are baked and a reasonable size. I have tried many pizza chains near me and Crust in Rayford is a favorite among my entire family. The service is always wonderful. But it indicated the code was not available, or invalid. So I called later to ask if they would allow me to use it at a later time, and was reminded that it expired on 7/12. I indicated i was not available during that time frame, and could they put a notation in my order to have this free option. The person indicated no, and I was very disappointed. The chicken Alfredo was not that great. The sauce had a very bland and musky taste. Not a sprinkle of seasoning on the chicken. I modified my dish by add spinach & garlic. I got like half a bag of spinach and ONE single garlic clove. That was disappointing being that the garlic was the tastiest bite out of the bowl. The cheese bread that it comes with was pretty good. I was in the mood for pizza and this place hit the spot!! Inside is very cute and clean indoors and lots of available parking outside!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to one of our friends that has a gluten and dairy intolerance. They were super knowledgeable of the menu and were able to help him pick out something to eat that would upset his stomach. We ended up getting the BBQ chicken pizza and Margherita pizza (with half cheese and half without). I really enjoyed both pizzas! They weren't too greasy, and stayed together when we picked them up. We also originally ordered the cauliflower crust for the Margherita pizza without realizing there was cheese in it. One of the workers came over to our table to tell us this, and offered to make our friend a small pizza for free, since we hadn't know there was cheese in the cauliflower crust. Service was friendly and took longer than initially told, but it was Friday and they got busy so I understand that. We ordered pizza to go, the way the pizza was cut was very weird, like little squares so not every slice would have crust attached. I've never seen anything like that in my life and honestly I can do without it. The pizza was nothing to write home about, a bit on the greasy side but still good enough to eat. Great experience all around. The food here is great. I have had the pizzas, which always come out hot. The choices you have for pizza give a wide variety of options depending on your mood or you can customize your own pizza, with whatever you want on it. They also have real Canadian bacon and not just ham they call Canadian bacon, which is a huge plus in my book. My wife has had the pasta and loved it and others in my family said the salads are great as well. The garlic knots are also the perfect appetizer and come with warm marinara sauce. This was a great experience! The Manager Corra was so nice! My mom and I ordered 2 different Pizzas. She was patient with us since it was our first time and needed a little direction. lol I am Vegan and asked if they had Meat Substitutes, she said they didn't but she would definitely let corporate know and put in a request for it! The do have Vegan Cheese though(so good). That is truly a great manager, who tried to meet the needs of the customers! Our Pizzas were great! Fresh and Hot! I will definitely be back! Yummy pizzas. Quite honestly the pizzas were better than expected. Ordered 3 extra large pizzas. They were cut into squares and the crust was nice, thin, & crispy. It's not really set up for large groups but we made it work. We should have sat outside and pushed tables together. Food was meh. I'd give it 2 stars for food. The cheese bread and Caesar salad were good. I think this place is better known for their pizza. Most of us ordered pasta though so that's the only thing I can review. My daughter and I split fettuccini Alfredo. It had way too much sauce on it and we found a hair in it half way through eating it. I pointed it out politely to the waitress when she came to take the plates. I didn't complain- it happens. They refunded us for the fettuccine on their own, which was nice. The restaurant just opened last week and it was our first visit today. The cashier also takes the order, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We ordered the Meatballer appetizer. It was much more substantial than I expected and very filling even though two of us shared it. Four very filling meatballs in a wonderfully flavorful tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes. We ordered the Pepperoni Supreme pizza, thin cauliflower crust. I can honestly say it was the best cauliflower crust I've tasted. Here again fresh tomatoes sliced on top of the pizza. This place located within a shopping plex. It's perfect to go check out if your in the area and are running errands. The venue looks relatively new both on the outside and inside. It has a western feel with wooden furniture and the industrial light fixtures hanging about. The staff is lovely and best of all, they support military and officers! It felt so nice to be given thanks for all of the work I and others like me do for this country! This venue isn't structured for kids but, I saw lots of families here enjoying their pizzas! I ordered their Garlic Cheese Bread and a personal hamburger pizza. I quite enjoyed the crust, the sauce and the cheese. My recommendation would be to ask them to put extra sauce on the pizza and reduce the amount of cheese because their sauce is very robust and full of Italian herbs and spices. Typically, we order out pizza from Crust - but on this day we decided to meet some friends for a late Sunday evening dinner while the Oscar's had everyone else at home. We arrived to a mostly empty dining room, with a steady stream of take out orders being picked up throughout the evening. The outdoor patio area is especially generous and looked delightful - sadly, this being allergy season in Texas we opted to dine inside. Given these unique circumstances, I decided to try one of their hot sub sandwiches rather than my usual go-to (Wyatt's BBQ pizza). Of course, first we had to start with the garlic knots - so fluffy, soft and buttery - if you haven't tried these, you simply must. Perfectly hot and crispy on the outside, they're best served in house but also delicious on take out. Next up, a goat cheese chicken pesto sub sandwich arrived - first impression: this sandwich is HUGE! With generous chunks of white meat chicken practically falling out with the pesto and goat cheese. It didn't deter me, I ate every bite! The goat cheese was soft and fluffy, tangy but not overly pungent, and we'll balanced with the herbaceous and slightly sweet cashew basil pesto. All wrapped in a fluffy bun, because you'd expect good bread at a pizza joint, right?? For $13 a bottle, I would also be remiss not to mention that the house Pinot Grigio was solid for its price point. I think we may have been missing out on dine-in, and will have to change our ways.
