This location has excellent food. Excellent customer service. Plenty of parking in well lit area, very pleasant and helpful staff. Have several choices for young ones. Husband and I placed a pick up order and it was so delicious! They took a little longer than normal because there was a malfunction in the pizza cooking machine (it was getting caught and ripping out the middle of the pizzas) but they remade our pizza and got it out as fast as they could! Unfortunately was not a fan of the food I did order, in all fairness I did not try the pizza , however had a meatball appetizer and garlic knots. The restaurant was really nice; loved the style & decor, and the staff was super friendly. For me, I enjoyed the meatballs & wings way more than the pizza. TBH, I'd go back for the wings as an appetizer, and meatballs for my entrée, but not the pizza. I didn't care for the crust bc it actually reminded me of the regular style PH crust, and the meat toppings on the Big Don's tasted like something I'd find on a frozen pizza. My hubby enjoyed the Carl's King, but he did have to add some of the marinara sauce from the meatballs bc it was a bit dry. This is our families favorite place to go for pizza! It's affordable, fun, and there's always plenty of seating inside and outside. We love the pizzas, but also love the variety of pasta, salad, and appetizers. Their cheesy bread is the best! Service can be a bit disjointed at times depending what is ordered. The wife and I stopped in while traveling through the area. So glad we did. The Woodlands has a lot of great restaurants and I count this one amount them. This was our first time here. Industrial decor, concrete floors, rough sawn wood tables; I like this place. We walked past a couple outdoor tables on the way in. One of the employees gave us the rundown of the menu and ordering process. We got the Garlic Cheese Bread and a pizza (Carl's King minus a couple ingredients), one glass of wine for me, and preordered the Cookie Monster. The Garlic Cheese Bread arrived first as expected. The marinara sauce with the bread was fantastic. The wife always goes for the ranch sauce. Both very delicious. The pizza arrived and the dough was not too thin and not too thick. Just right and very flavorful. After we were thoroughly full, the Cookie Monster arrived. A sizzling skillet full of cookie and ice cream. The ice cream serves two purposes: 1) to pair with the cookie 2) to keep you from getting 3rd degree burns on your tongue. Everything was just exceptional. The food and the service were outstanding. I definitely will be back if we are in the area again. The wine was a little thin. Not that I have a refined pallet by any means (I did start drinking wine from a box); however, I have grown up a little since then and I do enjoy a nice wine. Something inside this native New Yorker recoiled when I saw all the high Yelp reviews, crowded tables, and even the long line snaking out the door upon our first visit. Because a pizza that isn't cut into triangular slices just isn't right. But everything at Crust was conspiring against my Yankee predilections. With a generous lot behind the complex, parking was easy even with a big event that drew crowds and cars to Creekside Lawn. A friendly and efficient front desk took orders and handed out numbered placards, making even the long line move quickly. And even with the grid-like cuts drawing strange and unfamiliar lines into one of my favorite foods, the crispy crust and gooey cheese made me gulp down the square slices into my mouth more quickly that I'd like to admit. Quick service doesn't stop at the counter. A server delivered our steaming pie within only ten minutes. She was there again to take away the dirty dishes no more than two minutes after we had leaned back with satisfied smiles. We opted to sit indoors, enjoying the clean and rustic space with lots of seating variety (booths, tables, counters), but plenty of customers also took advantage of the lovely weather to sit in the covered space outdoors or even in takeout boxes to the greenery in the park across the street. Pies come in all sizes, ranging from their 8" personal pie to the XL that we enjoyed. Lunch specials are especially attractive, with the invitation to order a personal pie (with three toppings) and a salad for a nominal $8. This will be the most hesitant 5-star review I might ever write, for fear that awarding such an honor might make me lose my Northeastern credibilities, but this was truly a pizza to crow about. Will definitely be back, perhaps with the courageous gall to ask for a pie with a personalized cut...just so I can save a little face amongst Yelp friends back home. read more

We love crust but the customer service has gone down hill. We came in and ordered a pizza. The pizza they brought to the table was not what we ordered. Then they sent another employee over and we told her it's not what we ordered. The pizza toppings were completely different. Instead of an apology we were made to almost feel bad. Then instead of quickly making a new one they left us to sit for almost 30 minutes. When my husband finally asked what's going on, they told us it would be 6 more minutes because they hadn't even made it yet. What is frustrating about the whole situation is there was no apology and no concern for a customer they left hanging.
