Service great. Food great. I ordered the pizza on pizza Wednesday and a burger. I'll be back and recommend.

It's a really cool place! My first time and was right away blown by the decor hanging on the walls. Mind you the bathrooms had dancing balls inside and I think that's super cool! We came in before the dinner rush so I was able to enjoy and explore the place. They even have board games and arcade pacman and our favourite mini hand held Tetris and Space Invaders. Now the food! Not a lot on the menu but everything is good. I had the shroom burger and I loved it. It was so good I finished that burger, which I have a hard time eating anything up. Hubby and kids enjoyed their meal as well, they've been a few times. Service was great and Ember is the best! It was the best mushroom burger I've ever had and thank you to the cook who made it! A small bar that is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. My class was cancelled so I decided it'd be nice to have a drink or two while I study and get some work done. Was enjoying my time until the bartender came to my table, took my (already opened) beer and poured into my glass. Which caused it to spill over.. only for him to walk off as if he did me a favor? Hey bro I was really locked in on this homework LOL! Gotta say this was definitely a.. moment... I have come to love this place. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming and aside from being a place to enjoy an adult beverage, the kitchen puts out some really great food. There are great daily happy hour drink specials and there is a chalk board that changes weekly with daily food specials. read more

Love this place! I take everyone I know and they end up falling in love with it too. John the owner is very passionate about his business and the quality of food he serves. The girls are welcoming, friendly and make sure you're taken care of and you're having a good time. When it's closing time they don't rush you out or start making you feel unwelcome. You won't find hot wings anywhere else like this. The charcuterie board options are full of variety and fresh fruits, cheeses and meats. The pita bread is phenomenal, the hummus is great too! The thin cut steak fries are amazing! The music playlist is always jamming especially if you're into 90's alternative. There is a good mix of music playing I'm a local and I like to visit as often as I can. I meet other locals and have never met anyone rude. The crowd is a good mix of professionals that enjoy a glass of wine. The environment and decor make it a really cool, casual hangout. The girls are not greedy when pouring a glass of wine, the pours are very generous and they are knowledgeable about the selection offered. Before I came to this little gem, I read the reviews here. I observed two reviews from some local "Karens" who complained the staff at the locations did not wear masks and did not require anyone else to wear masks (mandates that are not required in the county). One of the "Karens" even said the place was "like going into a pre-covid time warp", which sounded perrrrfect to me. All of the other reviews were all 5 stars. So, due to the 5 star reviews, and because of the local "Karens" informing everyone the place doesn't require masks, I decided to take a family trip to the location. The place was great. We walked in with no ridiculous mask hassle and we're seated right away. We ordered drinks and some food. Of course, the kids got soft drinks, but the wife got a pineapple mimosa. It tasted like a dry Champaign was used which was perfect with the sweet pineapple juice. I had an IPA, which was great, if you're into that type of beer. We ordered "Brunch Pizza". The pizza was delicious. Essentially, it was pizza topped with bunch items that included over easy egg. Awesome. One of my chillins got a hamburger that tasted like a ribeye steak grilled over charcoal. Super awesome. The other chillin got a sandwich with fries. The sandwich was excellent, but my God, the fries were very, very good. Thin sliced and crispy. Like a cross between a French fry and a potato chip. Loved those. I got smoked salmon on baguette with cream cheese and capers. Incredible. The salmon tasted like it was smoked Texas BBQ style. Unusual but delicious. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. No covid garbage was excellent. If you are looking for a small business to support, where you can take your family without hearing a word about current politically driven, business killing, freedom limiting, life ruining junk about how YOU need to obey thine ruler, this is the place for you. If you are seeking a place where everyone is turned away unless they submit to wearing a muzzle across the threshold of the door and aalllllll the way to their table, 13 feet away, and where everything is done for "safety", and for the "greater good", and "save the children", this ain't for you. read more

Staff is fantastic, drink selection is amazing. And the food was pretty good. So why not five stars? I ordered the tacos tonight, which were delicious, but two tacos were $13. No rice, no chips, no sides. Just two tacos. My wife had the wings, which were hands down better than the local wing joints and priced very well. read more

Learned of there soft opening on FB and had to try it. Visited on a Tuesday with some friends and ordered quite a bit on the menu. Enjoyed the Charcuterie Board, Spinach Kale & Jalapeno Dip, Cosmic Calamari, Smoked Salmon, Crispy Chicken Slider, the Wagyu Hotdog, and Wagyu Sirloin Slider. Everything was great. The Spinach Kale Jalapeno Dip with homemade chips made a perfect starter dish. Chips had a nice crunch to them and paired very well with the dip. Everyone was super happy with what they ordered, and it was one of those meals were each of us was like, "You have to try this." I think the best bite was the Wagyu Sirloin Slider. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and was served with a delicious herb and mint spread. It really took the dish over the top. We very much look forward to frequenting this place, and will update this review on future visits. read more

In all fairness, I don't drink but went to pickup a charcuterie board. For $30 I received something that taste like something one could get from the HEB deli section of your grocery store. The staff was friendly but the food was awful. I should've suspected so, when I walked in and saw an un-bussed table with plenty of food still on the plates. read more

No covid precautions - no masks on any employees. Our server was very nice but didn't seem to be aware of distancing (especially in light of no masks.) My husband n I both felt like we were in a pre-covid time warp. They were out of some of our beer selections (no biggie to us) - the bartender apologized saying that they've been so slow that they've run out of some of the beers they don't sell a lot - super nice, even gave us that round on the house. But, all I could think was, it was obvious why they're so slow (no covid precautions!) No way we were coming back! We really wanted to love this place so close to our home - a gem of a neighborhood place from the outside so I wish I could say we'd try them again if we drove by and saw some masks but such an odd experience makes us question their sanitation in general. read more

Tried this little hidden gem out as a recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. We had the charcuterie board with meats, cheeses and nuts and for the price of $23 I couldn't believe how much was served on it, so much that 3 of us couldn't finish it and we left full. We had a bottle of savignon blanc that the bartender recommended and it didn't disappoint, we will definitely keep going back and it's a huge plus it's right by our house. It's in the corner of the shopping center so you have to look for it . They had other food items on the menu, tacos, sandwiches, pasta dishes and many other shareable selections. read more

This restaurant is taking zero precautions to prevent the spread of disease and or germs. The staff was completely maskless. Chef was eating out of a prep bin. No signage on the door regarding the pandemic. They care nothing for the well-being of their staff or guests. Very disappointed in this business. I love to support local. Not this place.
