There is a varying range of sweetness, and the hibiscus was definitely on the sweeter side, but I was in the sweet mood. I also really enjoyed resting beach face, which is a lot less sweet but has all the fruity notes. If you've never tried mead, it's worth heading on over here and giving the Ferm Meadery a try!
