Dempey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire. I have since learned all the fixtures and switch boxes, when opened, reveal the old original cloth covered wire. I paid damn near $5000 for the job. Now I have to call out another electrician to fix all this b/c I have renter's in there now. I am aware they come highly recommended, but I CANNOT RECOMMENDED.

This required very long screws that were not painted and this was handled as well. The second task was to repair/replace and existing fan, again in a peaked ceiling of about 14'. Initial job was to test whether power was reaching the fan. It was not. Net step was checking the switches and it was not. On to checking the switch which turned out to be faulty. Upon replacement, fan actually worked. I was very impressed that one of the owners and a helper showed up on time (acutally a bit early). Job required both a 24 foot ladder and a 16 foot ladder. Price was exceptionally reasonable (less that cost of new 400 fan I was able to return via Amazon. These folks are the true deal with service, great attitude and bi-lingual. Do not hesitate to hire these folks. Angel and his team are exceptional, quality human beings.

Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. It turned out to be defective and not supported by the manufacturer. He also figured out that an amateur had installed a dangerously underrated fuse in the circuit. So, now I have learned my lesson again and have professional installed Level-1 and Level-2 chargers with updated connections, outlets and wiring. It always pays to do it right the first time.
