I bought an electric FIAT a little over a year ago and it has been a learning experience. Being cheap, I bought a Level-2 charger on ebay (against Martin's advice). It turned out to be defective and not supported by the manufacturer. He also figured out that an amateur had installed a dangerously underrated fuse in the circuit. So, now I have learned my lesson again and have professional installed Level-1 and Level-2 chargers with updated connections, outlets and wiring. Out teaching my 15yr old to drive when "The Owner" (from what he yelled out the window) started tailgating my son while flashing his high beams. After waving for him to go around because he was in the slow land dribong the speed limit, the driver/owner started flipping us off while continuing to tail gate is. he then drove around and in front of us while yelling and still flipping us off. While starting to record him that's when he smiled and said "Go ahead and call. I'm the owner" All of this wouldn't have been such a big deal if he wasn't acting this way towards a juvenil. Nice staff, and they do some good work, but my experience wasn't the best. The more I looked around my house, the more dents and scratches I found on my brand new furniture l that I waited months to receive. So far I've been able to replace a couple things, thankfully, but others I wasn't so fortunate with. Also, I had to completely rewire two of the wall switches they installed because they kept flickering, and one just stopped working all together. Again, I think they're very friendly, but a bit careless when it comes to working around expensive furniture. read more

I really can't recommend these guys more highly! They did a great tv/sound bar installation for me (no cords/wires visible) at a last minute notice. They even stayed at the house a couple hours afterward to make sure the ATT guys didn't mess up the installation and returned the next morning early to mount the uverse box behind the tv. First, everyone we interacted with (over the phone and the electrician who came out), where nice and professional, and they seem to know what they were doing. All that is appreciated and by itself would lead to a 5-star review and a repeat customer. My issues are with this company's billing practices. Their office is close and it took them about 10 minutes to arrive after they called and asked to come over (they had an opening prior to our scheduled appointment). The electrician then spent less than 10 minutes addressing the issue, which fortunately ended up just being some loose wires that needed tightening. All said and done, we were then billed for 2 hours of manual labor and a $20 gas charge. I do not approve of such practices, and unfortunately would not be able to trust another service call with them and the resulting fees charged. read more

I love supporting locally owned businesses, especially when they are top notch like RAW. I needed to have two floodlights changed out and a Ring camera installed. I called them on a Wednesday and Arthur (co owner) did say they were booked the rest of the week but if he could call me back on Thursday, he should be able to see if he can send someone out on Friday. He did come out Friday as he indicated and completed the job in a timely and cost effective manner. But what really earned the company 5 stars was the fact that Arthur went above and beyond and stayed and assisted me in setting up my Ring app (he himself owned the product). He even showed me an app to test my wifi speed. I highly recommend this company. They are not only fair in pricing and know what they are doing, they go above and beyond in the customer service department. read more
