This time, they kept my car for two months, during which I never received a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. Each time I called or visited, I was given a different reason for why the repair was taking so long. It was incredibly frustrating to be without my car for such an extended period without any satisfactory communication from them. Eventually, they told me they couldn't fix the problem, but their explanations were vague and unconvincing. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing. They are so professional, friendly, efficient, and cost saving! Back in June I brought my vehicle to Galaxy for tires and for an all-around tune up. The tires are the best I've had on this car, as Galaxy shops distributors far and wide to not only get great prices but also offers a variety and choices I've never seen at any tire store I've ever been to. Their level of friendly professionalism cannot be beat, as it is next level for sure! They also don't waste their time or yours; they get the work done as efficiently as possible, and they're quite thorough in their inspections for potential problems. In my case, I was about to take my car on a very long trip through multiple states (towards CA) and driving through the record-breaking sumner temps over the summer in West TX, NM, and AZ; they took that very seriously as they inspected my car with my trip in mind, looking for potential heat-related hazards or potential issues on my older car. The trip was great and I experienced no problems in my vehicle that has 180,000 miles on it throughout a brutal drive/trip that lasted six weeks in total--thanks to the preemptive eyes of the mechanics at Galaxy! The lobby is quite comfortable and they offer bottled water and Keurig coffee.
