Despite my car leaving with the exact same problem it came in with, they still charged me $378 in labor. Spending nearly $400 and leaving with a car that still isn't fixed is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the last-minute diagnosis, and the amount I was charged left me feeling taken advantage of. I would never recommend this shop based on my experience. The manager is a no good crook (Hispanic male) and if you're a woman, please have a man come with you and get him to talk for you.

My brother has used this shop on numerous occasions. He is without personal transportation to go to work, doctor appointments, grocery shop, & etc... My brother only had liability insurance. Since the Detailer is at fault(negligence) they are responsible. It has been a little over a week, and he has not been provided any transportation(rental), or composition. On Wednesday Nov 27th he was provided a car rental for 20 days. Their(Detailer's insurance) has declared the vehicle as totaled. He will have to return the rental on Monday Dec 16th. Once again he will be without transportation. i wasn't able to leave a 0 star rating.
