There also appears to be a steep markup on parts, perhaps as much as 100% more than what you would pay for the same exact aftermarket parts at retail. The work done was generally satisfactory, (although they used a 23-bolt oil pan instead of the correct 22-bolt part) but their prices are HIGH. And that $85 mandatory inspection resulted in them recommending almost $3,600 in additional services, including every snake oil fluid service known to man. It's almost as bad as going to Jiffy Lube.

Honestly, that's one reason I always come back and why I have them change my filters, wipers, etc. I hate when I just want an oil change and have the stress and pressure of getting other things done. Once, I had gone to a dealer for an oil change and the filter or something was put on wrong so all of the oil leaked out and I had to have my car towed. You can get a key tag as a regular customer that gives you a discount which is always a nice perk. For the sake of COVID they all wear masks and the practice social distancing. I give them props!
