Thought it sounded good, so I tried it on 11/4 @ 1130 am. In a small strip mall...parking lousy for my F350. I parked in street. I dragged my five trash cans of mostly sorted plastic, cans, & glass. I was fourth in line. Kinda wierd...stood out in parking lot because no room in tiny store. No extra bins available, so I couldn't load up early. Waited. Waited. I finally get in the store, and man, it's yucky! Stinnnkks. Echoes of glass crashing extra loudly. So many bins sitting full that I had to wait for lady in front of me to finish. Got my stuff out & organized (they do not do it for you.) By the time I was done, I was mostly pinned in from two groups behind me trying to jockey their stuff up into the little room. I got my 31.00 for 5 trash cans of stuff, & I found myself relieved to get out of there.It took about 40mins. I thought it sounded smart to have a recycling place inside. Wrong. I'll go back to the calm, roomy parking lot recycler near my house. Thanks for trying. read more

shorted me money twice now only at this location with one certain employee. someone should look into that. otherwise it seems that I feel I get shorted on what I have about 25 percent the time no matter what precautions I take and what I say. not sure if I want to use them anymore after today... read more

The drinks are a great price! I bought 2 Snapples for $1.50. Nice new store in Simi Valley. And I can bring them back to recycle and get my CRV back. Very cool. read more

I was very happily surprised to see the store lived up to it's previous five stars. No line when I entered and the employee, without my requesting, helped me get my cans out & helped me sort them since he was not busy. Inside strip mall store and out of the hot sun. Not filthy like most of these places. Look for their CRV Only name on the sign as I had trouble finding any address on any of the nearby stores. They are facing the street and in front of a oil change and mechanic shop. I was so pleased I left the helper a tip that he truly deserved. When the recycling center on Easy St. closed, I thought that Replanet was my only choice. I went there and was in line for over 25 minutes until I looked on Yelp for another place to take my cans and the CRV Only store came up. I put my bags of bottles and cans back in my truck and drove across the valley. Nice, clean indoor place. I got processed and out in about 10 minutes. I went back to Replanet and the woman who was in front of me was still there. I had been gone for over 30 minutes and I would still have been in line. For over an hour. I'll be taking my stuff to CRV Only from now on. read more

Very clean, professional, fast, and great staff. And it's indoors! They also sell beverages which I haven't seen at any other recycling center I've been to. read more

I have never been to a recycle center that is inside of a store but it's really cool. So much better than going to the outdoor ones. They even have a sink to wash your hands as a courtesy. read more

Let me start by saying if I could give a rating of more than 5 stars I would. Oh my gosh where do I start....I pulled up with the entire bed of my truck full of recycling (some sorted most of it a little mixed up) and before I could even get to the door they had the door opened and we're greeting me with a smile on their face. Obviously I already knew this was not going to be like every other recycling place I've been where the employees are grumpy and pretty aggressive. The employee that helped me and made this such a painless experience was Cat. She was friendly and informative and very efficient! She helped me get all the bags out of my truck and then she got right to it sorting and explaining to me how all my recycling was broken up by category. What usually has taken 4 to 5 hours of waiting in the line at replanet plus another 30 minutes for them to actually weigh all my stuff...took her no more than 5 minutes. She printed my receipt and had me sign and I was blown away again I couldn't believe my refund! Definitely paying fair prices here while the other recycling centers seem to short you a bit. After washing my hands in their sink and getting in the car I realized I was in and out of there in 10 minutes flat. Amazing! Oh and did I mention it was raining so all of my bags were quite wet and Cat was still more than happy to handle it all. Again this was too good to be true! Definitely a 5 star experience and definitely earned my future business going forward. Thank you Cat!! read more
