Was a former client. It's a beautiful spa and received great services from Jen, Heather, Chauncey, and other amazing staff. One day, I came in to find out all staff left. Had the owner Candice do my lashes instead and after a week they would fall off. She would charge extra to fix them and I've been getting my lashes done for 9 years and they should last at least 3 weeks. Her adhesive must have been expired just for her clients to keep coming back to keep her afloat. Look around, there's better lash artist out there that actually take the time to fix the issue.
