Was a former client. It's a beautiful spa and received great services from Jen, Heather, Chauncey, and other amazing staff. One day, I came in to find out all staff left. Had the owner Candice do my lashes instead and after a week they would fall off. She would charge extra to fix them and I've been getting my lashes done for 9 years and they should last at least 3 weeks. Her adhesive must have been expired just for her clients to keep coming back to keep her afloat. Look around, there's better lash artist out there that actually take the time to fix the issue. Too bad the other staff left due to bad management. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

When I first learned about cryo therapy I was intrigued but cautious, not sure if it would be for me considering I really don't like the cold. The first time I learned about it was around a couple years ago, I think I was waiting to make sure there weren't any crazy stories about it being dangerous. Man oh man, I wish I hadn't waited! I'm 46 and have some autoimmune issues as well as some beginning stages of arthritis. I wasn't able to go the entire 3 minutes because it was freaking cold! Lol. She is very easy going, explains everything, and makes sure you're happy. Her set up is super comfy and beautiful. I get compliments on my lashes all the time.
