And Very thorough![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've had several squamous cell cancers removed so I get checked every six months... just needed some freezing done on my chest, 8 suspicious pre cancerous spots. Nice clean office and the staff is very nice and helpful! Not a fan of the parking lot here, it's small and the spots are tight so watch your car doors Highly recommend! read more

I had an appointment at the Oxnard office about a week ago. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After the office canceled my appointment a couple of times over the summer, one of which was canceled after I had already arrived (and I drive from Ojai), I waited to try again/schedule in the fall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When the person (she never introduced herself or her role--physicians assistant or intern?) saw me, she spent all of three minutes with me to do a body scan, then told me to make yet another appointment to have liquid nitrogen applied to areas on my face. I asked why she could not do it while I was there. She said she could not. It would have taken only about 10 minutes to use the liquid nitrogen. So, I have to make yet another trip from Ojai. This is not quality care than I'd expect from a physician's office. read more

This is a new clinic and so far, I'm very pleased with my experience here. Great customer service and can feel the care from the front office staff. I really appreciate the office hours as well. Hard to find clinic that can accommodate you after 6pm. It's very convenient for people who works during the day. Dr. Lin is very nice and informative. I'm very satisfied with the attention he provided to my daughter. He cares for his patients. My only suggestion is to update your business hours here on Yelp. read more

I called every day for more than a week to see if my insurance would cover a procedure I was recommended. Half the time they wouldn't ever pick up so I left voicemails hoping to get a call back (I didn't). If they did pick up, each time they told me they'd call me by the end of the day to let me know and they never did and I'd have to explain myself all over again the next day. This went on for more than a week. Then one day they just had the answer when i called. I wish they could have called me back when they knew like they said so I could start the process. When I asked questions about my procedure I was transferred to the clinics question line where I was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. The Oxnard office is way too busy and not efficiently run. We were referred here by my insurance for my infant's rapidly growing scalp hemangioma. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called for appointment expecting to be seen in a couple of weeks and was given one within the week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All information was given over the phone, then sent an email to fill out intake paperwork. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Day of appointment check in was extremely easy and we were taken back within 10 minutes of arrival.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Jessie the PA came into the room, barely glanced at my infant and then proceeded to tell us it was probably a hemangioma. She did not explain what it was and then proceeded to say the only definite way to know if it was a hemangioma was to biopsy the site. That a biopsy would tell us if it was cancerous or not and let us know if it was a hemangioma. But there was no treatment for it. I mentioned that our pediatrician had mentioned there were topical drops or lotion that could be used to treat/shrink/stop growth of the hemangioma and she said there was no such thing and that she could ask their medical director if there was. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I brought up my concern of it bleeding, she laughed and said well if we remove it completely it would bleed more.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She suggested we follow up in 3 months and that they'd take a picture for reference. I left feeling very discouraged at getting no new information. Everything Jessie had told me was the complete opposite of what I had researched online prior to appointment. I will not be following up with this clinic again. For reference I was able to follow up with another dermatology group and I was given the correct information regarding an infantile hemangioma. Which closely followed what I had been told by our pediatrician and online hemangioma groups. read more

Needed an extremely simple procedure done. Made an online appointment. Called later in the morning to confirm with a live person who was very professional and pleasant. Never ended up going to the appointment because I was quoted one price and then it tripled with the appointment confirmation a few hours later from an offshore call. Total bait and switch.
