I wish I could give this salon zero stars. I have been growing my hair out for 2 years and came in for a cut and balayage color. Francesco absolutely destroyed my hair. I didn't notice until a couple days later when I washed my hair and it wasn't curled anymore. I was so embarrassed to walk around or even to wear my hair down. I had to go to another salon and pay more money to fix what he did to my hair. It took 4 hours to fix my hair. Please save your hair and go somewhere else. Do not go to Tish Oliver for SMP. I was not happy with my results from my first session and she is keeping the full price paid even though I only attended 1/3 sessions. Apparently it doesn't matter what you think as a customer. It's up to her and her "legal team" to determine if her work wasn't good. I will most likely need laser removal for some of the procedure. She used 2 different tools on me. I felt like an experiment for her. Now I am out $2600 (was quoted $2500 at the most) and she is refusing to refund any of the money even though she only did 1/3 appointments. The hairline was even lower than what was originally drawn on me. Horrible experience and absolutely zero customer service. read more

I made an appointment with Araceli because I have seen her do platinum retouches and they turned out great. I went over everything with my concerns as to what I had gotten done in the past. She seemed confident she could do it. I was very clear that I did not want permanent color as a toner because I didn't want a band of that and it also makes it super hard to remover in the future. Not on did she apply it once she did it twice. When I left her chair I was not platinum I am pumpkin orange! She even changed the color of my existing hair which doesn't even match my extensions. This is so upsetting. She is a sweet lady but unfortunately she did not do what was asked and she did used permanent color when I asked her not to. I found out she used permanent color from Tracey Long who also works there.I will attach pics of my hair after she colored it as well as what is supposed to look like after it's done. Tracey is wonderful! This funky, little salon next to the donut shop is worth a try. This was my first time there and it is the hair salon equivalent to a "dive bar". I went on October of last year with Araceli and I had a horrible time. I had asked her for a pixie cut with a fringe and she did not listen to me, instead she gave me a very short bang (less than an inch from my scalp!!!) and said a pixie cut was meant to be very short. The only tools she used to cut my hair was scissors to cut more than 10 inches of my hair that was on a ponytail and a razor. My hair felt really rough and she rushed to finish, I was there for no more than 25 minutes! I asked her for a tapper at the back bottom of my hair and she said that's not pixie cut and resumed doing what she thought was okay. It was very upsetting and I just wanted to get away and cry, would not recommend getting your hair cut by her. I had gone there once before for a pixie cut, but the experience was nothing like this and it was another person. read more
