I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time.
