We were running about 10 minutes late, but we called them and let them know. When we arrived, the front desk staff barely said anything to us and just whisked us back into the massage room. They barely welcomed us, they didn't ask about any focus areas or preferences, and it seems like they were not the strongest communicators. We got a very basic massage with a mix of back, legs, and arms. It was not at all a deep tissue massage. It was not relaxing. It was not worth it. I didn't feel anything at the end; like, I might as well not have gotten a massage at all. When we were done, they whisked us to the counter to pay. Again, not very friendly or communicative. There is a sign on the counter that says there is a $5 charge for paying with credit card, but thankfully they did not charge us that. The place is very barebones, like the service. They have about 6 massage rooms. We were the only ones there, and I got the impression there was only more than one staff person there because we booked in advance. The scrub and facial were better, but oddly she left the room twice without telling me. I thought I heard the door, which was strange, and finally after about a minute I looked up to find myself alone in the room. Never had that before in a massage or other service. When a person came back and started up again I had no idea if it was her or someone else. And she asked NOTHING about my skin - dry, oily, sensitivities... She didn't know I had contacts in (I wondered if I should tell her, but it was so oddly quiet...). She did know my age (wouldn't she need to know that to know what types of things to use??). But now that I think back on it I realize: they use the same products on everyone I bet. One scrub. One oil. One cream. One lotion. One lip treatment... Nothing at all personalized. My partner got an hour massage and sadly, felt the same. His therapist also never introduced herself. In fact, she never said a word. For both of us, it was clear the therapists had not read our intake forms. The whole place is very "factory-like". While I waiting for my partner to finish, the receptionist assigned a therapist to a massage by saying, "Room one - new client". No name. No details. No info. Not a great experience. Not worth the price. My partner just came up with a great description of the experience - it is like a CAR WASH where you roll up, put your car on the tracks, and roll through. As someone who suffers from chronic neck pain, I really need someone who can get in the muscle deep. So when I say I need a deep tissue massage, I mean I need DEEP. Most of the time, I have to direct my masseuse what to focus on and what I need in terms of pressure and most of the time they listen. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I was paired up with a female masseuse who was sweet enough in manner but didn't seem to speak much English so when I asked her to only focus on my neck or when I kept asking for deeper pressure, she was respond in agreement but then would proceed to continue doing what I asked her not to do. I specifically asked her to only focus on my upper back/neck area and not to do my whole body. She did work on my upper area but then proceeded to do the rest of my body when I asked her not to. I know they are trained to do full body massages but the purpose of getting a massage for a lot folks is to get some relief from pain or tight muscles with specific attention to problem areas. If I'm going to pay an inordinate amount of money for an hour massage, I'd rather not have it wasted on parts of my body I don't need worked on. Needless to say, I realized I can't get what I really need here, so while I appreciated the good service overall, I will continue my journey for a great masseuse elsewhere.

I've been here twice already, and overall, I've had a pretty good experience! I usually get both…read morethe body and foot massage -- about 40 minutes for the body and 40 minutes for the feet -- and I've felt amazing afterward. The only thing I would recommend is that if you're getting the 40-minute body and 40-minute foot massage, ask if it's possible to have two different people work on you rather than having one person do both. The second time I went, I had one person do both massages, and I felt like I didn't get the full 40 minutes for each service. It seemed more like 30-35 minutes for my back and maybe another 30 minutes for my feet. I could be wrong, and that's just based on how it felt, but the session definitely seemed shorter than what I expected. They do use a timer, so I would just recommend confirming the time when you start so you know you're getting the full amount you paid for. Other than that, I've really enjoyed the massages both times and left feeling great. I'd definitely come back!
