The studio is very clean, well maintained and welcoming. The front desk staff are pleasant, and Cindy, the manager, is very friendly and involved. However, it was without a doubt the worst massages I've ever had in my life. He barely used lotion - tugging at my skin the whole time. His nails dug into me - which he knew, because he apologized for it. There was no sort of technique, it was very all of the place, and the opposite of relaxing and helpful. Pretty disappointed with my visit here. I called to ask for a deep tissue massage and the therapist I was paired with didn't give anything of the sorts. Pressure was just ok and they had a unique style of shaking out my limbs/muscles instead of a deep pressure into specific points for muscle/tension relief. I wasn't asked how the pressure was at any point during my massage. For the price point, I 100% expect more. Luckily I had a gift card to cover part of it but I wouldn't be back. read more

Love Elements Massage! From the moment I arrived, Cindy was beyond inviting. The lobby smells amazing and has wonderful Namaste-vibes. She even helped me add on an additional 30-minutues to my massage since my day freed up! Now for the good stuff. MJ is amazing at his craft. Very thoughtful, has a wonderful touch, checks in constantly to make sure you are comfortable and the pressure is just right along with magically release knots with the perfect amount of pressure with zero pain. I could literally feel the improved circulation afterwards. Heaven! Afterwards, feeling relaxed yet revived was very excited to learn about their no commitment membership. As a Mom of a 4 YO it is hard to get some "me time" in and felt this is great way to set it aside time for a massage once a month (lol - if not more). My partner booked a session cause I was in some pain around my neck and shoulder blades. It was a great experience...the masseuse kept to my preferences and I left feeling relaxed. I will add though,their a/c kicks in really loud,so just when you have settled into relaxation,you are shocked out by the sound. All in all,check it out. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I stopped by on my day off to get information about their services. I used to work in the exact same unit when it was a salon a few years back, so I thought it would be nice to check it out and see what the new business has to offer. I spoke with the receptionist who says she also manages the clinic. She went over the rates and how the program works. It was all pretty easy and the price wasn't too bad at all, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment (provided my cc info to book it) for a Friday almost two weeks later. The Tuesday before my appointment, I called the clinic to possibly reschedule my appointment. Nobody answered, so I left a voice message with my information and asked if they can call me back. Two days later (day before my original appointment), I received no call back. Since nobody called back, I assume my original appointment was still on. I was a bit confused through all of this, so I drove to the clinic after work only to be told that I had no appointment! I had absolutely no appointments under my name. I told the receptionist that I called on Tuesday but she says that the clinic was closed that day and she received no voice message. So I was just frustrated and completely disappointed that my appointment was not in the books. I've never been to an Elements Massage before and yet my information is in their system so I have a feeling that someone completely canceled my appointment or the person who made it didn't finalize it when I was there in person. There was no customer recovery for this experience either. No offer of a complimentary aroma therapy or anything like that. I basically was told that there no appointments available, even the time frame that I made my original appointment was taken. Not a place I will be returning until I hear better reviews from other customers. read more

The location is very nice with ample parking. The place is also quaint, clean, and aesthetically pleasing which is important to me to feel relaxed. I came for a new client massage with a new therapist to the location. When I arrived the man at the front desk, wasn't too inviting, was eating and on his phone. The massage therapist was nice and polite and provided the deep pressure to the level of my liking. However, throughout the time I could tell he wasn't putting the same effort and skills on one side of my body as the other. He may have skipped steps or rushed through various techniques. At one point, it also felt like he had stopped, as he was massaging my neck to the point where it was awkward, I didn't know what he was doing and I didn't want to get up and abruptly stop the massage. Then he kept going and then the same thing happened when he was massaging my feet, so this time I peaked open my eyes and I could actively see him nodding off. Yes, the times where I could tell he was stopping during my massage, the therapist had fallen asleep. Very unprofessional and took away valuable time from my massage. Management should work on how to train therapist on professionalism and understanding when a day is too long for a therapist. It hasn't deterred me from coming back but I'd definitely try a different therapist. read more

I was in town on business and had a free afternoon, so I booked a same-day appointment here this past weekend. I get massage therapy somewhat routinely for a few chronic pain issues but Thomas was one of the best I have seen. Very communicative, responsive to needs, and able to find and address problem areas. Newer studio, so trying to cut them some slack. But there seems to be confusion on their end with something as simple as their phone number. There are multiple numbers listed on various social media sites. Some go to the correct area, some go to a machine that no one seems to check? I've called trying to both make and cancel appointments and it depends which number you call if you're successful. I've also made multiple appointments here and they seem to not be able to keep staff (which seems to be the case everywhere these days), but almost every appointment I tried to make with a reoccurring staff member, I received a call asking if they could put me with someone different as that masseuse was no longer there. There's been construction going on in the buildings around them which you can hear in the rooms, over the relaxing music so it hadn't really been a relaxing experience. They seem to be trying and some of the problems are out of their control. Was a loyal elements member for 10+ years and am sad this is the closest one in my area. Gave up my membership because it wasn't worth it for me to keep when I don't enjoy the studio anymore. read more

Steven took careful note of my shoulder injury, applying specific care and cupping therapy to the region. Impressively, he was able to identify my hamstring running injury without my mentioning it. I learned that as a chiropractic therapist, Steven has specialist experience - and his massage improved tension and discomfort. The reason for this one star I've been to this place twice the first time I came I pay for a 90 minute service got there on time. Apparently my masseuse called out and they gave me a 30 minute free massage which was OK. The second time I came was four year anniversary for me and my husband. The second experience was horrible the manager there Cindy the manager was very rude to me both times and she was very unprofessional. She was very rude And racist. I had another manager called me to apologize about the situation that occurred and was very Apologetic about the situation, and didn't approve and how customer service but guess what? Didn't hear back from him either so I don't understand. The owner George would even allow a person like this to run his company it is very disgusting and I would never go back again. Long overdue for a massage, I booked an appointment near where I live, despite a lack of great reviews. And I'm glad I did! This is not the place for a frilly spa experience, you won't get a robe or champagne. But what you will get is a very tranquil experience. The music and decor transported me immediately from my hectic single mom, full time employee life, to a rare me time moment and I took advantage of every second. My upper back was a mess and I asked my masseuse to focus there, she actually listened to me, which is a first in my limited massage experience. Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable and because of her success in working through a million knots, I've already signed up for a membership (shhh don't tell my family).
