They walked us through all the new options that were available to us now, and explained the advantages, and disadvantages to us clearly. We love our LED lights so much that we added them in our master bedroom, and bathroom. They were never pushy or tied up with others. When you were with them they stayed with you and made you feel like you were the only customer. They know their stuff! We also put in all new screw less plates over our plugs and switches, that is a great clean look I highly recommend. We even bought new lamps from them for our bedroom. We will always use them for our lighting needs. Great company, great employees!

The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. When we arrived it looked closed but hours on door indicated they were open. Not the case. The next day I went to another shop closer to my home and same thing. Closed but hours indicated they were open. I called Lampcraft and they were open. I asked why closed the day before. Owner had car trouble. I went and showed him my problem and he took it in the back room and came out 10 minutes later and handed it back. All fixed and he didn't charge me. It was apparently a minor problem but I didn't expect him to fix for no charge. I realize that single proprietors have a difficult time if something unexpected comes up and I also feel that we should support them with our business whenever we can. Thanks again.

So I waited patiently until he got off the phone for his assistance he got off the phone looked at me and told me he was busy so the other workers tried to convince me to stay as I proceeded to leave he waved his hand in a shooing motion and said "who cares" well you should sir. I would not refer not one person to go there for this type of customer service.

We bought a transformer with four LED puck lights from Murray in October 2010. Over Christmas 2011…read morethe transformer blew. We finally took it back today. Of course the warranty was gone. We were able to get another transformer, but first they opened up the transformer to see if it could be easily fixed by changing the fuse. Unfortunately that did not fix it. Though the price had gone up on the transformers, they sold me the new one at the same price. I was very happy with the service. Also, they do have a nice little selection of attractive lamps and glass pendants.
