I loved her emphasis on safety, health and well being for not just my dogs by myself as well. I used Georgie with my two rescue dogs. We worked on building confidence through play and she understands the breed specifics and their inclination towards certain behaviors. Play based training and training without conflict are great tools in her toolbox but as with all master trades its important to understand which tool to utilize during a project. Georgie is able to identify which tools will have the most impact and resulted it the best outcomes. When one of my dogs unexpectedly died last June Georgie stepped in during that time to help us process the loss but also supported us through by giving us resources to help our other dog cope with the suddenness of the loss. Her support and dedication to her clients and their pets is unwavering.

Now, Max loves people. But, he is a little persnickety regarding dogs. He is only 45 lbs, but, he's pretty sure he's the toughest guy around. Sometimes? He gets up in the face of a really big dog, and I worry that he will get his butt kicked. We arrived that morning? To several much bigger dogs. I was concerned. The place was clean, and well organized. There was a sofa area, with a big screen tv! Max loves to watch animal channel or cartoons, so this was a big deal! There were bunk beds, tons of toys, and tons of space inside this new looking barn type structure. There appeared to be a grooming area in the back, but I forgot to ask. Out back, there was a fenced in area for play, with other dogs out there messing about. I was gone all day. Halfway through the day, Carolann sent me a text with a pic of Max playing in the yard. She said he was fun, and very sweet, and not picking any fights at all. That was good news! I stayed away, and had my me time for almost 9 hours. When I returned? He was happy, smiling, and yes, worn out. He was not dragging me to leave and get into my car. All that is great stuff! And the price was very reasonable. I will take him back when I return to the area, which I plan to, almost every year.

She is shy and anxious around people and we had never left her with anyone outside our immediate family. That being said, Makayla was incredibly sweet and understanding of Charlotte's unique personality and they hit it off right away. Front desk staff is also over the top friendly & compassionate . For a veterinary practice they get the highest rating by me of ANY that I've experienced over my lifetime . In December 2021, one of my dogs sustained a facial injury. It was later in the afternoon, I Was applying an initial bandage to the dogs face and my wife called the clinic which was still open. The receptionist, Jo-El, apathetically told my wife that they would probably be closed by the time we arrived. My concern was the proximity of the injury to the dog eye. The dog was seen and treated at midcoast in Warren who did an excellent job.. Several days later, I expressed my concern about the clinics reaction to Dr Haller, who responded with a scathing email telling me that I had no business abusing her staff on the phone. Dr. Haller also stated "Ultimately, dog bite wounds can wait until the morning in many cases, with antibiotics and pain medications. Due to the crushing component of bite wounds, the full extent of injury isn't fully declared for 3-5 days afterwards - meaning that if it was small, I may not have even wanted to close in a potential infection or unhealthy tissue." To put it simply, this statement is completely inaccurate. Its proximity to the Eye demanded immediate attention. Apparently the receptionist decided to provide her employer with a more creative version of the truth, rather than take responsibility for her completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, When I wrote her back to explain that I hadn't even been on the phone and that the call had been recorded, I didn't receive any reply. I then wrote the clinic owner of my experiences, and never got a reply. It is my understanding that the clinic has since been sold to a corporation. This makes no difference to me. It's been my experience when I was working that corporate ownership at no time improves the quality of service provided by any veterinary clinic.
