I don't know what they were experiencing at the time but I was very disappointed with the move-out cleaning service I paid for my prior home. I was told it was because it was "a bad situation". Sure, I can understand that but if the work was going to be challenging, Kaui's Kleaners could have quoted me accordingly before accepting the project or just decline to do the work after evaluating what they saw on site better. What resulted was a frustrating waste of my time and an unprofessional job not worth the money I paid-- even with the "small" discount I received--no matter how they said they strove to do their best. It seems that the project had inadequate staffing (based on security camera footage of people coming and going to the house) and perhaps a lack of or distracted supervision based on what I came across when I inspected inside the house the next day. Why offer to return to "correct" the work after numerous discrepancies (basic, routine things that an experienced company should have spotted and taken care of) were brought to their attention after they said the job was completed and payment requested? Those should have been handled thoroughly the first time. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I already told Kaui that. This was the first time that the Yelp reviews failed me at a time when I really needed a job done well. read more

I wanted a deep clean for my kitchen and bathroom because my landlord didn't have my place cleaned before I moved in. I should've checked more before paying because I'm really disappointed with how much was left for me to clean after they left. Most of the cabinet fronts, handles on the fridge, behind the kitchen door and all the doors themselves as well as the walls still had a lot on them to be cleaned. I was able to clean them with just a magic eraser too so I know it wasn't stains that wouldn't come out. The floor also needed a good scrub which they didn't do and I ended up cleaning it again after they left. They were also an hour late and didn't mention at all during booking that they had a two hour minimum so I ended up paying for more time than they were here and I did a lot of cleaning I was hoping to avoid by hiring professionals. I'm not in favor of companies that don't contact when an appointment for an estimate is scheduled. I was scheduled to meet with Travis for an estimate today at 2. I waited until 2:35 to call the number listed on Yelp. Travis messaged me saying that he had an emergency and couldn't make it, mind you, this is at about 2:45, 45 minutes after he was supposed to be here. My time is precious to me, especially when I've rearranged appointments to accommodate Travis and Kaui's Kleaners. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't seem to value potential clients who want to book as well as future cleaning opportunities. Ridiculous waste of time. I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Kaui's company. Loved the cleaning Kaui and her team did for my 1 bedroom apartment. They did everything! Cleaned my floor to ceiling windows, my filthy refrigerator, my bathroom, and even wiped down the furniture and cleaned my vents. I have to admit I was a bit anxious because of the earlier schedule snafu and bit of delay in arrival. But they were so friendly and finished the grade A cleaning in an hour and a half. Had to book an appointment last minute, which they accommodated. They did a cleaning of the entire interior to include steam cleaning the carpets in just 2 hours. They had a team of four people, which got the job done fast. Pricing was highly competitive, and they got stains out that I thought for sure were going to linger around. Kaui had a very charismatic attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed by her. With cleaners you usually get a lot of attitude, but I got the opposite from her. It was a good experience, and I even saw her doing mentorship on the job as well. Found this company on yelp and I'm glad I did. I needed a "move out cleaning service" and they were by far the cheapest on island. The owner , Kaui came to the residence and conducted a survey and gave me an estimate the very same day I contracted her. Kaui was great to communicate with and honestly relieved a lot of stress with this move since I knew her company was going to clean the place. On the day of the cleaning, Kaui and her crew were right on time. They were very professionally and cleaned out the place really well. They cleaned out places I didn't even know were dirty. Was really disappointed with the cleaning. The bathrooms was done poorly. The blinds in the master bedroom was left open as to clean the windows but the blinds was not done. The half bathroom toilet was not cleaned as she complain about it. The upstairs room walls they said they will wipe down and had to go over them myself as alot of the markings came off. My main concern was the bathroom and cleaning my carpet. She said her son has the carpet cleaner and can be over tonight at 10pm. I said okay. Then 10:30pm texted her that she said no i said Friday between 9: -9:30 he showed up at 10:10am. The quote she gave me was said for only the cleaning which took 1and half and the cleaning of the rug was a seperate bill. Basically I feel they did a rush half ass job and I got over charge for the service they gave me. She said because they had 3 of them that was the right charge. I will read thru the reviews alot closers so as not to have this issue with communication. As she stated they only came for counsel but yet she had 2 other workers over to do the job. I am just really upset as i am more careful with my time and money.
