Debbie is an amazing communicator, sweet as can be! James, Debbie's son, was out and even recommended a wonderful landscaping company (Desert Green Landscaping) to remove the tree that was forever "pooping" in our pool. Anytime I've had a concern, I've been able to text Debbie for assistance or referrals. These are outstanding humans!! To find legit people who aren't in it just for the money, out here in 29, is rare--I've quickly learned. I will never have someone else service my pool. I am one-hundred percent happy with their service and cost. My pool gets cleaned once a week, including checking the pH, vacuuming, running the pump, emptying the basket, etc. If I had to do this myself, it would require a lot of cleaning equipment, storage and upkeep on the equipment, chemicals, and the big one--time. In a world where life is busy and where a pool is meant to be a source of relaxation, I'd much rather employ a local company to reduce my stress and keep small family owned businesses operating. I called about 3 months ago and a lady put me on speaker phone and ate food while telling me how buys she is and how she needs to check with her husband. I had to schedule the follow up call to see what her husband says. When I called back I reminded the lady that I was supposed to call. She said that my pool was on the wrong side of the street and they don't want to clean it because of the wind. I found some other guys to do it. We recently had our in ground pool completely renovated and updated including adding a pool heater for longer seasonal use in the higher elevation. Dan and his son Josh have been maintaining our pool with twice a week service and have always answered and addressed our concerns with the new pool and or mechanical equipment. To date, they have gone out of their way to come by and check out our concerns or correct issues in a timely matter. They both are personable, likeable and seem to have our best interest at heart. I did not know the first thing about taking care of a pool. He told me they would take care of everything. So I hired them and have used them for over a year now. Had them for 9 years but the last year they exhibited increasingly bizarre behavior. Really liked the owners and did not understand where the odd behavior was coming from. We have an older pool and perhaps that was irritating for them? They threatened to drop us several times for no valid reasons which baffled us. Dan and Debbie are amazing! When we bought a house with a pool and moved to the area, I went to work researching options. They had good reviews and when I spoke with Debbie I had a great feeling. As we were traveling across country after closing, they came a couple times to make sure that the pool was looking good and clear after an algae bloom, so my kids would be able to jump right in when we got to our new house. This is our second summer using Josh to come get our pool swim ready. Last year our pool was NASTY and Josh was able to make it sparkly blue! This year it wasn't as bad thanks to an upgraded pump, but we still needed help getting the pesky sand from the bottom - back to blue in a short amount of time! Very knowledgeable and affordable.
