Let me first start off by saying I made a mistake when calling them. I meant to call another limo service that had more reviews, but accidentally called crystal coat limousine instead. I was going to tell them I called by mistake, but James voice was so chipper and welcoming that I decided to just see what was up. I told James the number of people I would have in my party and the occasion (funeral) and he took over from there with a non-aggressive approach. He went over prices with me and texted me pictures of the limousines that fit my party size. The day of the funeral he arrived 30 minutes early, wiped the inside of the limo before we got in, had refreshments, and mints in every area of the limo. I had 4 disabled family members and he even helped assist with them. My family all asked me to send a group text with the companies info so that they can book them for their upcoming birthday and anniversary parties. I myself tipped him twice because I was that satisfied lol. I have to say it was the BEST mistake I've made lol. I will definitely be using their services again. read more

I can't express what a great experience I had with Crystal Coast Limousine. I arranged to have my mother and some family members picked up at her home to take them for a special lunch in honor of my mother's birthday.
