What an amazing experience. I knew I needed a foot detox and wanted something relatively close to home. What I found was a gem. From the moment you sit in the chair until the last massage the experience here was amazing. The masseuse asked me the level of pressure I desired and delivered. I had two sessions with the guy who sits at the reception. In the first session, which was last year, he worked on me while he was down with flu. I realized it mid session and was really really freaked out. I again scheduled a session this month. After I reached there, he was the only therapist available. It was my mistake, I should have asked for a specific therapist while booking the appointment. Anyways, I decided to give it one more try. And I was DISAPPOINTED. This reception guy gave me a massage with one hand. As far as I know both hands are used while giving a massage. They list couple minutes of hot stones massage as part of the session which he didn't include. I had a bad back ache for three days after the session. If you still want to go this place, please go, but save your money and don't work with the guy who sits at the reception. He's terrible!!!! read more

I lived in China for over a year and became a fan of foot massage. This one is pretty authentic but they are WAY gentler on your feet than back in Shanghai. They start off soaking your feet and then give your shoulders a quick rub down before moving onto your feet. I would say only about 25 mins is spent on your feetsies but I enjoy a quick rub down on my neck, scalp and legs that is part of this massage. It's decently priced at $40 for an hour which doesn't include tip. They do take cards but one time I went the machine was down so I just make it a habit to take cash with me. I went just a few days after they opened and it was very quiet. They didn't even have the calming music playing in the background, but turned it on once I was in the chair. It seems to be operated by a man and woman team. I liked that when you're in the chair you are not staring at someone in a chair across from you (like the place in Quincy). The massage was good - about a half hour on the neck/head/arms area while your feet soak in the detox bath. The foot reflexology was great. I've read different views about the detox bath - so i'm not sure if it's a hoax or not - but i liked the idea of releasing the toxins from my body. At $40 for an hour it's $10 more expensive than a similar place in Quincy, but they include the detox so thats a plus. I'll definitely try it again! read more

This place is awesome! You get an hour long massage for 40 dollars. You can't beat it. They are professional and if you get 10 then you get a free hour. You detox your feet while they rub your back and then the massage your feet while you lay in a very comfortable chair. They make sure you are comfortable with the pressure. Give it a try! I've been to the Braintree location twice now and both experiences for the foot reflexology were amazing. I've actually fallen asleep both times when your laying in the chair. I go to the location in Quincy, by the Quincy center parking lot. Every time I've gone I'm so impressed by the quality of message for the price! I feel like I'm be treated at a high end spa for pennies. They do an especially good job with the foot reflexology massage. I had a great back massage with Sherri. The one drawback was that you could hear people talking in the next room but I was still able to relax and my back felt great after. Highly recommend! read more

This is an up date since my first review. I was a little disappointed at a few things at my appt. first thing, it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in the back room. Second, the new owner/manager is loud. He doesn't talk softly to keep with the relaxation that use to be in the environment. He literally shouted out technicians names. Very disruptive. He also sat in the chair and I could hear him chewing and snapping his gum. Now the technicians: my guy needed to slow down!!! It wasn't the worst but borders on a foot/leg rub not reflexology. It was just ok. My friends technician next to me I literally heard burp and fart during 1 hour. Are you kidding me?? I don't know what's going on here at Crystal Foot but i sure hope it quickly reverts back to somewhere pleasant and relaxing. This is a business i visit often and I'd like to continue to. read more

Walked in with my boyfriend during the weekend for a nice reflexology massage. It doesn't get much cheaper than $40 per hour. Overall, the massage was decent, but my boyfriend didn't think much of it. They give you a card where after some number of massages you get one free. They also take card which is nice, but prefer that you tip in cash. Not the best reflexology massage I've gotten, but good for 40 bucks. read more

Very comfy and nice staff. My son and I came in for a double session and we got a man and woman. The price was reasonable and they gave my plantar faciitis pain some much needed relief! They don't speak too much English but they understood what I wanted to make my feet feel great. And more importantly they knew what they were doing. Just tried out Crystal Foot massage and it is heaven, would definitely recommend. After a recent move to Braintree I didn't think I would find as good as a gem as Happy Feet Reflexology in Waltham (I would go there at least every other weekend) but am happily disappointed. Crystals massage therapist are great and respectful and I love the hot stones that they use at the end. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the fact that the waiting area is not separate from the massage area, meaning you will hear other patrons when they come in and if they are having conversations, for this reason I will try to keep my visits during the "non peak" times. I went today on Sunday at noon time and only one couple came in towards the end of my massage. Very much looking forward to my next visit! read more

$40 for 1 hour reflexology session, a well spent $40! Jack, the nice man I usually get when I go in on Sunday's is super thorough! During this one hour session you'll get a foot soak along with a head massage, down to ur neck/shoulders, ur back, ur arms and then finally down to ur legs. He'll massage ur toes one by one, it really is a head to toe massage, targeting all the right pressure points. Then finishes off with hot stones on your legs down to your feet. Your body will definitely feel a difference afterward. Inside isn't too flashy, but very cozy and relaxing. Walk ins welcome and street parking is usually readily available out front, maximum 2 hours meter free. I really would've given 5 stars but minus 1 since the water for the foot soak has been a little cold for me both times now and there is a bit of a language barrier so he couldn't understand when I asked for warmer water. They also don't have a herbal packet in the water like most places do. Nonetheless, the go to spot for reflexology in the south shore though. read more
