Wow! I am so happy to have found my local favorite florist!! A week ago today I got married and Jeanie, the owner, really took it upon herself to make our day even more special. We had a very small wedding and just 2 weeks before the date I found Crystal Gardens. I sat down with Jeanie and only had the idea that I wanted wild flowers and everything Springtime. She asked me about my wedding colors or what colors I would like. I'm actually color blind and didn't know what to tell her, so I just showed her a picture of my dress (not the traditional white) and my hubby-to-be described what he and our children were going to be wearing. Oh man!!! She knew exactly what to put together!!! Jeanie then also took into consideration the cost of our last minute wedding and made sure we got the best deal. Our little reception was just about a block away from her shop so she didn't even charge us for the delivery and set-up of the flowers at the reception! Her customer service is the way I wish all businesses operated. I felt heard and so well taken care of. PLUS, it is now a week later and I am still enjoying my spring wedding flowers sitting on our kitchen table! My husband now knows he better not ever go back to the random grocery store flowers again.....he can walk his beatiful behind over the Crystal Gardens instead. I live in Hawaii and needed to order an arrangement to be delivered to someone in Poway. Although I've never stepped foot into this flower shop, their customer service was exceptional! I asked many questions and called back several times before placing an order, but all the ladies I spoke with were so patient with me! At the end, when they told me that they would be e-mailing the receipt to me, I even asked if they could send me a picture of the arrangement. Not only did they say yes and send it in a timely manner, they sent two pictures - one of the front and one of the back of the arrangement! I simply cannot stress just how great the customer service is at this place and these ladies have more than exceeded my expectations! read more

We were referred to this florist by Poway mortuary when we were planning my Mothers funeral. We selected a spray of pink flowers as pink was my mothers favorite color, additionally we ordered two small cases of Lily's . All the arrangements were delivered on time and were breathtakingly beautiful and fresh. I know my mom was smiling down on us when she saw the beautiful flowers. I received an arrangement from Crystal Gardens Florist on March 13,2017. It had stock, carnations and star gazers. Two weeks later, I still have the carnations and some stock left in my arrangement. I call that "FRESH" flowers! They will be my go to florist. read more

My husband ordered flowers from Crystal Garden Florist last Valentine's Day and they were beautiful. He ordered again this year and had the flowers delivered a few days early to my work . When the flowers came the roses were fully open and the carnations were slightly brown along the edges. The Alstroemerias (little purple flowers) were very brown and curled around the edges and speckled as if old flowers. I called the florist and was advised the roses were supposed to be fully open and the alstroemerias had recently opened. I advised the women that the flowers did not look fresh in anyway . She said they would deliver a new bouquet which they did. The new bouquet was much nicer and with fresh flowers but the man who delivered them was very short with me and rude. I told the delivery man to have a nice day and advised my husband we will not be using this florist again. My husband paid for "premium " flowers and the flowers delivered were sub-par. When I tried to tell the delivery man why I was unhappy he pretty much yelled at me that there was nothing wrong with the first bouquet and he could take them both back. It was rather embarrassing as we were standing an the front desk of my work place with several people around to overhear our conversation. The delivery man was very rude to my co-worker as well. I would suggest using a different florist. read more

This is an awesome florist! Jeannie and Irene are creative , professional and so very easy to work with. I knew right away when I spoke with Irene on the phone that this would be the florist for my wedding. The flowers were above and beyond my expectations and so reasonably priced. Went in here completely lost on what I wanted. Brought a piece of fabric from the bridesmaid dresses and told the owner I liked lilies. I was less than helpful. The owner Genie is so knowledgeable on flowers, seasons for flowers what colors they come in and complimenting colors. I had to just put some trust in her to select flowers and arrangements because I have no talent for design. I wasn't positive how they were going to look wedding day but she sounded so knowledgeable I trusted it was going to turn out nice. When the flowers arrived I could not believe how amazing they were. I got so many compliments on the bouquet and center pieces. She did an amazing job and all her staff is helpful and friendly. Not convinced? It's the day after my wedding and these flowers were so amazing I am on yelp writing about them instead of snuggling with my new husband.
