They were sticking with original order. I told her either refund me the $10 rush fee or refund me the entire order of $200 (ish). She said she would rather lose the order than refund me the rush fee. I got my refund and cancelled the entire order. Whomever this mgr is who took my call....she needs a lesson in customer appreciation and not to be sassy when people are calling. 0 stars if possible! in response to the post...i did not ask for a refund of the purchase AND free flowers. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive.
