With Bill's excellent customer service I was able to work out a better rate than what I had. In fact I think Bill and I agreed on 3.5 over the phone and he sent me the docs via email, and then he worked hard on getting me even better at 3.25. With his help he beat all the larger banks that I had tried to work with (I think they were quoting 3.75%), with no hidden fees. That said here is the rub, whenever you work with a mortgage broker, they will eventually sell your loan to a bigger financial institution, they sold mine to https://stearns.myloancare.com/ Now if you read the yelp reviews of this company they are anything but good, and I was rather scared, and paranoid that in the end this was gonna hurt me more than help, in fact I didn't leave a yelp review right away because of it. That said, per yelp, most of the problems seem to stem from people making payments with checks and being late on their payments or sending to the wrong address and getting hit with heavy fees, or requesting documents and being charged big fees, I have used auto-e payments since day one and after 8 months, I haven't had any issues. So that said, now that I sort of trust Stearns, I can fully back Williams Financial and specifically Bill Zigler. Thanks Bill for your help, I haven't had an electric bill in 6 months.
