I requested the therapist to spend about 20 minutes for scalp massage and foot reflexology and she listened. The pressure was on point and not rushed. Zoe focused on my problem areas (neck, shoulder, upper and lower back) for the most part with just enough pressure. I'm so glad I tried this place and will definitely be back again to try other therapists. If you're a first time new client, some of their services will have extra add-on's for a discounted price so take advantage of that! The staff were friendly. I got a Swedish massage with hot stones. I forgot her name but the masseuse was incredible. She knew what spots to hit. How deep to go and the right rhythm. The hot stones were great. Although she did one stone at a time for the most part and I am used to two stones at a time. She did do 2 stones for a bit and felt wonderful. My only complaint is that at couple of times it got a little cold. The flooring is tile too so having to step in the cold floor before and after the massage is not ideal. I'd recommend to either bring sandals with you or be prepared for the cold floor. I was also on the right side rooms and I could hear people talking. When I asked if the masseuse can add more pressure she got upset and she started to whisper things. I paid for deep tissue and wasn't getting what I wanted but I wasn't happy she was upset. Today I went and got a deep tissue which it wasn't because I fell asleep during my session of "deep tissue" and when I left a tip the masseuse wasn't happy with it and said she always gets $20 or more because deep tissue is hard on her hands. She then took my card and charged me $15 because of the surcharge for using a card. It is sad to see a place I've been going to years go down like this. I will not be going back again.
