We arrived at 4:04 PM and were told the stylist was running about 20 minutes behind because she was still working on another customer. We waited patiently, but the delay became more than 30 minutes. Another stylist even approached us and asked, "How can I help you?" However, the stylist assigned to us interrupted and said we were her clients and that she was "almost done," preventing the other stylist from helping us. I clearly explained that we needed to leave within 30 minutes because my daughter's graduation party had already been planned and booked. Despite this, the stylist continued to ignore us and made no effort to accommodate the situation. After waiting even longer, I finally asked, "How much longer do we need to wait?" At that point, the stylist abruptly canceled our appointment and accused us of "checking your phone too much." She also claimed that my daughter "hopped into my working area" and called her behavior "disturbing." My daughter had simply been standing quietly beside me reading her Kindle for over 30 minutes while we waited. No one even offered us a seat, despite multiple empty chairs being available throughout the salon. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The stylist verbally attacked my child and ruined an important and special day for our family. We will be requesting CCTV footage to verify these false accusations and are prepared to pursue further action regarding the verbal mistreatment of my child. When I asked to speak with the manager, the stylist responded, "I am the manager. You can Google HR. You can't sue me." She stated her name was Jayd.
