I love this nail salon. Tom is the Manager. He's very personable. This salon is always clean and neat and busy. I use Kayla and have known her for a few years. I have never been disappointed regardless of who did my manicure or pedicure In the past. They all are perfectionist and their work shows. I'm not as close to the salon as I prefer because I moved. There are no hidden fees here You circle exactly what you want so you know exactly what the service will cost. I just had a pedicure in Alabama with my daughter, but I did want a full set, I was given a technician named Lee who I gave a fat tip to because she was excellent for several reasons. Firstly, she asked me exactly what I wanted and told me at any point if I wasn't liking something to let her know. She was putting the tips on my fingernails when I happen to glance down at my pointer finger from my side it look crooked. She said no please tell me what's the problem, and then she turned my finger around and I could see that it was the perspective my direction, but she would've been willing to change it I received a most excellent dipped French manicure as good as any as I've had at home in California. I will be visiting my father quite a bit this year and intend to come back to Lee. I was in a hurry to get a gel fill before I went out of town so I stopped in. I used to go to Crystal Nails regularly. I requested a gel fill. At first, It seemed like the male nail tech did a good job. I didn't notice what a poor job the nail tech had done until I got home after they closed. I went yesterday 3/1/25 around 4:30 with my finance to get two pedicures worth $42 each that included wax treatment. The pedicures were absolutely RUSHED and the lady that was working on me was going extremely FAST and gave me the fastest massage ever and she seemed in a hurry doing everything! When the wax came and she put it on my feet it BURNED ME and my foot was red right away! She had to take the bag off and cool it in the water. She never apologized and just kept going! I've been getting pedicures for many years and I just got one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Decided to try this place and won't be returning. Firstly, my boyfriend and I had to wait almost 10minutes just to be greeted as the front desk guy was sorting papers. All he had to do was greet us and let us know to go ahead and fill out the paper. He seemed like he was in a bad mood. After filling out the paper we were told to wait at the bar. I asked how long the wait was and that's when he says about 30 minutes. If he had said that in the beginning I would've went elsewhere. I figured we're already here so we waited almost 40 minutes then another 10 after being seated. My boyfriends pedi was good but mine was poor at best. I don't go for pedicures because I can't do my own, I go to relax. This lady was too rough, too fast and wasn't paying attention half the time. She did something with my big toe that hurt and before I could say anything she asked does that feel better? I'm like idk what you think you're fixing lady but that hurt. The hot towel was on my right leg for SECONDS before she took it off. She kept stopping my massage to use her hand to talk to the lady next to her. My toes look like a kid painted them. I love this place. This is my second time coming here and I am always pleased with their service. For starters you are always greeted warmly as soon as you walk in and asked to fill out a sheet on what things you are wanting to get done. There are a lot of options to choose from so that is always a plus. They have a variety of colors for all you gel or dip lovers. I had gel done on my feet with the matching dip powder for my nail. I chose the Cosmo Pedicure which was absolutely amazing. My tech was Tina and I thought she was very thorough and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. Got dip nails less than 11 days ago at this salon and nails lifting at nail bed catching my hair on multiple nails. I have been getting dipped nails for over 5 years at another nail salon and this has never happened in this timeframe. I went to Crystal nail out of convenience because my nail salon on other side of town. I stopped in to see if they would help me and front desk man told me it was "normal' to have dip nails lifting off at 11 days. This has not been my experience ever. I really, really wanted to love this place but sadly I won't be returning. The place itself is gorgeous! I was very impressed and I've never seen a nail shop layout like this one. The bar is also one of the largest I've seen in a nail salon. Extra star for me. The drink was strong and I loved it! You are required to wear a mask and there is a protective plastic wall between client and nail tech if you're doing your finger nails. I think the employees were all very nice. They were able to get me in without an appointment. Here's what didn't sit well with me: Excuse my disgusting toes in the attached photos but I had to get really close to show how my gel pedicure came out. From far away, it's not too bad. However in the sunlight you can see the color unevenness and even worse, the texture of the voids. The edges aren't clean either. Just very sloppy for what I paid for. I'm pretty bummed... but thank goodness I don't wear sandals much. I haven't gotten an actual pedicure since probably January so I had high hopes that this place would exceed my expectations. read more

I went in for a pedicure with my friend the front desk wasn't overly nice they acknowledged us and showed us how to select what we wanted. They had a complimentary drink can be alcoholic or not which was very refreshing. I think they could have done better for the massages the paint and foot maintenance was good, but in my opinion since I am younger and don't look rich I was treated like I wasn't going to tip much. I'm always one to consider effort and service quality from services like these I think if you treat everyone like 5 star customers you would have a better chance at a bigger tip instead of treating everyone like they won't tip good based on passed customers. read more

This was such a horrific experience for me. I've never left a nail salon crying in my life, but today I did. Literally the WORST pedicure I've ever received. For starters, I actually do nails/toes but occasionally I go get mine done to pamper myself. I didn't get the technicians name unfortunately. First she didn't ask how I wanted my feet done, she just turned the water on and walked off...the tub almost overflowed and I had to turn the water off myself. Then she went to town and clipped all my toenails super short and crooked. This next part is where I could tell she didn't know what she was doing...the gel polish application. Gel polish has to be cured all the way (especially with dark colors) or it can give you an allergic reaction. Not only did she not prep the nail for the gel polish, they were not cured all the way and were super thick. When I told her I didn't like it, she just ignored me. I had to tell her multiple times and she started getting an attitude and told me my toes were that way....like yeah because you clipped them down like nubs lady!! Then the manager/front desk person came over and was super rude and told me they would remove the gel polish. The tech proceeded to pull a drill out and i immediately said, "no! I do not want her taking a drill to my feet if she can't even use a hand file correctly!" At that point he offered to not charge me and said no one could remove the gel. I started crying because everyone was staring at me and laughing because I was so upset. It was so embarrassing. From start to finish it was an awful experience and I left in tears. I went home to remove it and the gel literally peeled off with ease and under some of them the gel was still wet and sticky. This is not ok because it can cause a serious reaction if I had left it on there. I do not recommend this place and I will never go back. Unprofessional, unskilled and rude. read more

I really wanted to enjoy this place again but did not, the tech was an older lady so I thought she would have been more knowledgeable but she took along time to do dipped nails, it seemed that she dipped 10 times and it was really bumpy, she didn't check each hand to check the length and did not ask about how I wanted them shaped, was not happy about this visit and she got glue on my finger and we were stuck to each other and she did not take it off and the last time I was there this service came with a paraffin wax but did not this time. I used to come here a lot. I had a bad experience with poor quality nail polish provided by the salon and instead of being understanding and allowing me to have the polish changed to my own nail polish that I brought to ensure long lasting quality as opposed to their thinned out cheap china glaze no harm no foul, the supervisor said that there was nothing wrong with the polish and that it was my fault for not allowing it to dry. I let it dry for 10 minutes after the pedicure. I put the air on my feet when I got in the car. It was a full 12 hrs before I laid out to tan before the tips of my big toes got smudged.
