I scheduled an appointment on the phone for later in the evening. When I got there I was shown the colors and taken to my spot. Very clean. Absolutely gorgeous. Free drinks which is great. However the actual nails didn't look great. The first technician that started on my nails made them extremely thick and warped. So another technician came over to help and he ended up taking over and fixing them to the best of his abilities. There are some parts of the nails that didn't get coated in the dip very well, the edges of my nails are very sharp, there is a lot of glue under my nails, and I was nicked a few times on my cuticles. Ok I've been going to this nail salon for over a year. I get my nails dipped. The last 3 times, I've experienced a high amount of nail breakage between appointments. I just had my nails done 4 days ago and just had one crack in half while getting plates down for dinner. My nails used to be able to hang in there for 2-3 weeks but not lately. I'm wondering if they changed product? Also I've had a couple of pretty rude nail techs and have not been very impressed with the overall experience. If I could I would give this salon a zero star rating. I've been a paying customer at this salon for nearly 3 years, and I have never had such a baffling encounter as I had today, I not only was disrespected by the technician that filled my nails but also an employee at the front desk when I went back in to get them fixed. I went in to get my nails filled from a previous manicure that had grown out some and payed over $30. When the technician, Jennifer, was filing my nails she filed off too much and took of parts of the design that had already been there from before. I didn't notice it till after she had put the clear powder over the design, but I asked her to fix it as it didn't look the way I wanted. All I got from her was attitude as she disrespectfully declined my request, I was so appalled that I didn't get things corrected until an hour or so later. When I fully evaluated my nails I noticed that the clear coat was bubbled and had dips in it, as well as the shape of my nails were uneven. When I went back to the salon to get them corrected the man at the front desk was extremely disrespectful to me, he kept asking me what my point was after I had very clearly stated what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. After over 15 minutes of arguing with him about the issue I was sat down with the same nail technician who huffed and puffed like a child when she was told what was incorrect about my nails. The employees at this salon fought with me over what I wanted my nails to look like and treated me like a kid and as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I wanted to like this place. I really did. The salon is beautiful and very clean. Not to mention you get 2-1 complimentary alcoholic drinks (their cosmopolitan was delicious). However after leaving the salon, I felt so embarrassed. I normally start by getting a basic pedicure and manicure at a new location (damage seems less if things go wrong). Everything was going great. So many colors to pick from. It could easily be a perfect Instagram post background because of how colorful it is. The person helping me started by working on my manicure. I didn't notice anything wrong until she was completely done with them. It seems like some of the nails' cuticles were taken off nicely while other nails you can clearly see the cuticle interfere with the nail polish. Matter of fact, most of the nail polish seems uneven as the bottom is super clumpy. Then the worker started placing the top coat and I was so surprise she didn't notice how clumpy and uneven the nail polish was (there were even some nails that didn't have enough nail polish where you could see my actual nail). With the top coat, she placed it so fast that you could easily see some parts of the nail shine while others did not. Honestly, I am not a nail expert, but with the amount of cuticles left and evenness of the nail polish, this looked like something I could do. What was super upsetting is that my wedding is coming up in a week and I was not settling with mediocre work; especially when most of the issues were on my left hand! I think what made me leave embarrassed and sort of humiliated is when the worker started getting upset because I asked her to fix the unevenness. There was a part where she yanked my hands and kept yelling at me. Most of this in front of other customers. Literally the best pedicure I've ever had. Before being seated for my pedi they had me wait at the bar and gave me an amazing Long Island. I waited maybe 5 minutes before they were ready to start my pedicure! The chairs were amazing and easy to work. Valerie was my nail tech. She was so sweet and friendly. I came in for a new set of dip nails. The only problem I had was deciding what color to do! There's such a wide selection of colors to choose from. They have a bunch of gel, dip/acrylic, and polish colors. I fell in LOVE with the new set I got, the flower design was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. There wasn't too long of a wait and the service was amazing. They have special deals on monday-wednesday where you get 15% off when you come in before 3pm! While this shop is beautiful and seems really cool, I won't be going back. I just moved to Fort Worth so I needed to find a new salon. I tried this out - big mistake. Not only did the guy who helped me slice up my thumb pretty bad, he was incredibly rude. Like he was bothered to even do his job. On top of being rude, he didn't finish the process so my nails were super sticky when I left. (With gel, that should never happen). I had to walk back in to see if he could help with that, and he again was bothered I would even mention it. He also told me it would cost extra to even trim my nails down (I've never had this in any salon I've been to). Now my nails looked good, but it's been less than 2 weeks and 2 have already snapped off. I can typically go about 3-4 weeks before I get a fill without any problems. Less than 2 weeks and 2 have broken off... spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

Everyone is so nice and want to make sure you are enjoying your experience. Their work is amazing and the complimentary drinks are delicious and don't skimp on the alcohol (lol! If that's your jam). My nails naturally have dents in them and instead of ignoring that or trying to make me feel bad about it later in case my dip manicure looked weird, the tech asked about it and made sure I was okay and that I was aware of it ( in a very discreet and non-embarrassing way). I wanted a french tip with a pink gel underneath to hide my nail and they acted as if it was the end of the world ....even though I was competent with detailing what I wanted from the beginning. The nail tech not only acted roughly with my hands when I reminded her what I asked for but also called for the manager to further disrespect me and accuse me of trying to get a cheaper price... as if I ever had a problem with paying for any great service for great work. As he continued to be passive aggressive and diminish anything I had to say, nearby customers all stood up for me and tried to reiterate what I was trying to say. Noticing that the staff was choosing to not understand, I politely said we can wrap it up and I'll pay for what I have/leave. I truly loved the space until now.. even though my gel pedicure flaked after my first visit and I had to come back after two days and the manager bullied my original nail tech in english in front of everyone in the nail bar. I'm not type to run to review places but I just had to let you guys know. My daughter had her nails done and a pedicure here with Jennifer and all went great so she brought me back. Although she called ahead and made reservations so I could have Jennifer, neither of us got her. The guy doing my pedicure did a fair job. He did not massage my calves like most do & when I put on my pajamas that night, my heels where so rough, they dragged through my pant leg --sounded like sandpaper. I then decided I would go ahead and get my nails done. The girl that started was doing great---not too thick and the shape I wanted. After she finished my right hand, the manager (who may be the owner) pulled her to go work another spot and he took over and whipped through my left hand super fast. He seemed to do a good job but then kept layering on product to the point they were pretty thick and then added more product to my right hand. I told him they're too thick. He filed some of the product down but they remained thick and told me to thin and they'll break. After I left, I noticed my right hand shape was totally different from my left---totally different. I went back a day later and asked to have them match. They were full so the manager/owner stood at the check in counter and filed my nails. He never compared one nail to the other to make sure they looked a like. I finally left ticked off and decided I will NEVER RETURN. Just know if they are busy, things may go down the drain real quick. My daughter was getting her nails done and pointed out a ripple in her thumb and asked for it to be smoothed out--the girl felt the nail and told her "no " ---she also had her cuticle cut too short (really red and burned all day) as well as one of her nails was digging into her skin. Needless to say--they're not into details. I hope this helps anyone looking for a nail salon to consider somewhere else. read more

The guy on the phone said I could just come that there was no wait. 15 min drive from my house I get there and there are 3 people in front of me and all nail technicians are busy. I don't mind since they have a bar you can wait at until they are ready for. When you walk in you're asked to fill out a sheet for the service needed. They have prices next to them which is nice. I show the guy at the front desk the picture attached to this review and he highlights and circles $40 pink and white on my form. I go to the bar get a water and wait my turn. When I show the lady the picture she tells me she can't do that and offers regular French tip. I decline and ask if there is anyone working today who can do the nails in the picture she said no. The nail technician next to us says that they can do the V cut nails for $60 because the nail would need to be longer to suit the design. I decline because that's not what I wanted. I'm so disappointed. I leave without service and over an hour of my time WASTED. read more

After a few months my nails became incredibly weak- i have 2 currently that have split down the center. But after experiencing a toe fungus so bad that it caused my whole nail to fall off needless to say I won't be back. I came here 3 times in a row to get my toes done. The last time was to get a touch up on the acrylic on my big toe which happened to be for my birthday weekend. I asked for pink gel on my toes...the lady made it so sloppy, thick, and bumpy. I had them fix it because there was no way I was having them look like this for my party. When she changed it I had her do French tip instead. When she finished I saw the fungus spot . I originally got the acrylic there at Crystal so I knew right then and there I was never going back. I knew they wouldn't just take it off and given me a refund because of the way the guy at the front desk treated me once I asked for her to redo the pink mess on my toes. Not even a week and half later my big to completely fell off. Please listen to the reviews I didn't and now I will wearing closed toed shoes all the way into summer next year. read more

I asked would I be called due to the wait and the older guy behind the counter told me yes. 5 minutes to the next hour I went back in because I hadn't received a call and asked how much longer was the wait in which a younger guy informed me 20 mins.
