It is really easy to do over the phone. Once you arrive, you check in at the front desk. I've never had to wait for my service, which is great! Both techs that I've had did a good job. They were efficient and quick, but still detail oriented, which I love as I don't want to sit in the salon for hours. My first gel mani started to chip a little after a week, but my second one is still going strong. This location is super clean, very modern, and everyone is nice, so this will be my go-to salon for a while!

So with the 10% off, it barely is comparable to other salons. I did not notice any drinks offered like every salons I've been to. I did ask for something to drink after being there for an hr and they offered a bottle of water. The pedi was very nice and thorough. I believe it was Kristy who was my technician. She took her time during my pedi. I'm the kind of person who likes the time pampering and not a quick turn around. If it's too quick, I feel a mani/pedi appt is rushed and not detailed. Since it was midday Wednesday, there were only 3 customers including myself. All the pedi chairs look new and it does look like they went through a renovation. Since I booked online, I do receive discounts for 10% off in texts. I may come back during a discount since the overall prices are more expensive than other places with no drinks offered.

The shape of my nails is uneven, and there was still nail polish left around my cuticles when she finished. It looked rushed and unprofessional. Then I went to get my toes done, and that experience was even worse. The man doing my pedicure was very rough and aggressive. Instead of simply asking me to move or lower my foot, he would just grab and pull it without saying anything. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I got home, I realized my toes weren't done correctly. I tried calling the salon that same day, but no one answered. The next morning, I called as soon as they opened and explained the situation. Before even looking at my toes, the woman insisted that I had regular polish instead of gel. I knew for a fact I paid for gel because I remembered asking for it and paying the higher price. I asked if they could print my receipt, and I was told, "We don't give out receipts." I don't understand how a customer can't receive proof of what they paid for. When I went back to the salon, she told me it would cost an additional $30 to fix my toe because it would be considered a "color change." I refused because I wasn't paying extra to correct a mistake they made. She continued insisting it wasn't gel polish until she finally tried removing it herself and realized I had been telling the truth the entire time. Instead of apologizing, she became embarrassed and upset, then handed me off to another employee to fix my toes. I also asked who I could speak with to get a copy of my receipt. She rushed through giving me a phone number so fast that I could barely understand her, and I still never received a receipt. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes, and their pricing seems inconsistent. They don't have prices clearly posted, and it feels like the cost changes depending on who is doing your service. I would not recommend this salon. If you decide to go, make sure you ask for the exact prices before your service begins and carefully inspect your nails and toes before you leave.

Dirt, dust, clutter, papers, exposed wires all over the place. 2. The second time my nails were file way too thin (electric file) and they're still damaged after a month 3. The pedicure bowls are FILTHY. Doesn't matter if you put a plastic cover over them, you still have to CLEAN them. 4. The second time I went was after everything opened back up ... NEITHER OF THEM WORE A MASK. Neither of them sanitized or cleaned anything 5. Both times I've made a appointment, I was there for over 2 HOURS just waiting. There were already several more people waiting, and more just kept coming in. With 3 employees working.. I won't be back. Just because a place is cheaper, DOES NOT make them better.
