Went there for the first time, workers we not friendly, the guy who did my nails did not understand what I want so he gave me gel nails....The sign on the window says $17 for a full set on Mondays, well that is misleading, got charged alot more than that!!!! Not coming back!!!!!! read more

Went a couple weeks ago to get a pedicure for the first time at this location. Everything went fine except for the way they cut my toe nails. My whole pedicure was just focused on the edge of my toe nails which I thought was weird since this has never been a thing at any other salon. The end of my toe nails were cut super short and to a deep angle on the sides ... weeks later now I'm dealing with a painful ingrown toe nail. I have been getting pedicures for a long time and this has never happened and I have never had an ingrown toe nail. I should have questioned it more when I saw how she cut the side of the nail at an angle. Will definitely not be back read more

I have never experienced the service I received on Saturday. I spent 75.00 my eyebrows, nails, toes and my husband got a pedicure. They gave me Shellac on my nails which is fine but my nails were not hard and when I got home 2 of them broke. I ask her did she think they were strong enough she said yes. And eyebrows were done with the thread next morning under my brows it was swollen and red. She never once said she was going to charge me to take off the powder I had on previous. I was so disappointed especially because I'm going on vacation. The manager Kim she was not friendly at all... I think I upset her because I was asking a lot of questions. One day later from my bad experience, my pinky finger cuticle on my right hand is now infected. The guy doing my nails didn't do a good job doing my cuticles, I'm pretty upset about that. I have never had that happen from a nail salon before. It's quite painful, I'm afraid that it's only going to get worse before it gets better. I also forgot to mention that my manicure included a hand "massage". While he was "massaging" my hand it felt like he was yanking my hand around and was way to rough. I just wish I had time to leave that place and go to a different nail salon. That's what I get for not having time and not going to my usual nail salon. Just needed them done for a wedding and I was in a hurry. Little did I know that it would actually take longer to stay there then to just leave and go somewhere else. All well lesson learned. I hate leaving negative comments at places... I just feel like people need to know so they don't experience what I had to experience. read more
