Today's visit was unfortunately the most frustrating experience I've had. When I walked in, there was only one technician working. She asked what service I wanted, and I sat down for a pedicure. During the next 40 minutes, she only came over twice--once to turn on the water and once to ask which pedicure I wanted. No service actually began. After waiting 40 minutes without my pedicure even starting, I finally got up, dried off my feet, put my sandals back on, and left. I understand that businesses can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment, an honest estimate of the wait, or letting me know they were running behind would have gone a long way. As a long-time customer, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their communication and respect for their customers' time.

Overall the cost for the service was very solid and I was pleased with the price. The shop was busy, and that was nice to see. There was the standard reel of shows on a tv (pets here) that was enjoyable enough. There was a bit of a smell, but the shop is well maintained and clean. Tons of dip powder and gel polish to pick from. I will be back.

The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment. I got compliments on my nails everywhere I went and they were exactly what I asked for. You can show them a photo of anything you want and they'll replicate it. Will def be coming back again!!!
