i had a good first time experience, I was a bit nervous to come to a salon due to previous times of going it wasn't the greatest but when I came here, I was immediately greeted with a high energy and I can tell all the staff members were very nice. Bee had done my nails. I was really appreciative that she took her time and made sure I got what I wanted. She was really nice and gentle with my hands and fingers. I also appreciated her, letting me change my design before she got started because I was a little iffy with the price. I'm so disappointed in this place . It's pretty upsetting to have to find a new nail salon because of a move . What's even more upsetting is how the owner of this place treats their customers . I've had a few issues the last 2 times i've been here . The first one being that when I got my nails done I got regular gel and I noticed that my nails were super flimsy so I had to come in and get it fixed . They had to use " builder gel" so it would make my nails stronger . It was frustrating because the salon in San Jose that I was going to for 10 years has always used regular gel and my nails would never break and it would last forever . The next time I came in I decided to try Minh . She kept pressuring me to do builder gel the whole time and I finally said okay so then she proceeds to chop off my whole nails . I was so mad because what was the point of pestering about using builder gel when she was going to cut off the whole nail . I hqd a new tech help which was Mia . I liked how she did the shape but upon looking at my nails later the gel polish wasn't fully flushed to the cuticle so it doesn't look like my nails are a fresh set . I came here expecting decent customer service, especially since this salon advertises a 7-day nail guarantee. I called the salon politely to ask about fixing it, and the owner's response was honestly shocking. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, he told me that after the fix I should "find another salon," said to "just leave a bad review and don't come back," and then hung up on me. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated matters more. I was not rude or demanding -- I simply asked about correcting work that fell under their own guarantee policy. The dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior completely turned me off from ever returning. If customer service and professionalism matter to you, I'd think twice before booking. I wish I can give no stars to the horrible customer service . I'll give a star to the only nail tech who was always consistent everytime and that was Arlie . She did great pedicures. We came here on a Friday morning, and it was busier than I expected for that time of day. Even so, we only had to wait a few minutes before being seated. I got the Classic Spa Pedicure with gel. They have a huge selection of nail polish colors to choose from. My friend and I were each given multiple color books to browse, which made it easy to find the perfect shade. They also offered us drinks, and we both chose mimosas. They were delicious! Another nice touch was that the pedicure chairs were massage chairs, making the experience even more relaxing. I've recently started to come to this salon due to my favorite nail technician Mia moving to this location. Yes Mia is that good to where she's worth following. I've gone to her for years for dipping powder manicures and gel pedicures. She's great at both and has such attention to detail. They guarantee your manicure for a certain period of time to where you can come back and have something like a chip repaired. It's a very nice newer salon and massage chairs for a pedicure are great too. The owner is very nice and friendly and prioritizes customer service. They offer water and soda to customer's too which, is a nice touch. They also have the most options for dipping powder colors than I've ever seen at other salons. Just moved to area and wanted to try out nail vibe, when you walk in it's clean and lovely inside. Parking can be a challenge but being all the businesses around can have the effects. I had made an appointment and seen Ivy for gel manicure. My nails turned out great - she paid attention to detail. The service was efficient, but the interaction felt a bit impersonal. While the work itself was fine, the customer service could have been warmer. I had seen on the on the menu they offer complimentary wine, champagne, water and Thai tea. But was not offered until the nail tech next to her had offered her customer. At this point my service was almost done. I will come back but opt for someone new. read more

I was a walk-in. But I was acknowledged as soon as I came in and I was told I had 10 minutes to wait, which was fine. I arrived around 3:40 and I was sad and Mike did my pedicure with gel polish. I was offered champagne and my pedicure began. Mike had attention to detail and my toes turned out perfect! I really enjoyed my massage and my toes are on point. I've been going to The Nail Vibe since last year, and I always book with Lala. I'm super picky about my nails and usually go for a short and thin almond shape because of my job, and she gets the shape perfect every single time. She's incredibly detail-oriented and always makes sure everything looks flawless before I leave. I was in the market for a new nail place. This was my first time here at Nail Vibe. Came in the other day to get my nails dipped. I checked in and was greeted and seated immediately. My nail gal Mai was very cordial and friendly. A few times the hand piece was a little to harsh that I had to pull away; but throughout the process she checked in with me to make sure the speed was not too aggressive and that I was ok. I chose chrome nails . The thing about chrome nails is that it is bougie and will magnify and highlight any imperfections and flaws. I didn't realize it until I came home that under the sealed clear coat , there were bubbles of dust probably flying through the air that were trapped, and some residue along my cuticles. Considering what I just shelled out for them, I could not wait it out another 3 weeks before adressing it. But Nail Vibe does have a 7 day guarantee. So I went straight back and she was able to make the corrections as best as she could. I had rippling in my thumb also, but she was able to smooth and buff that out. I will definitely be giving them another try in the future. read more

They even provide you with a warranty card after the service, so that if you chip your nails within the first 7 days, they can remember what powder and colors they used and will fix it for free. Huey does a good job managing things and will try his best to get you in. Tracy is an amazing nail tech and so are Arlie and Lala. They all listen and make sure you are happy with your nails. First time here and I'm not too satisfied. Mai did my pedicure and it was great. I had Tracy working on my nails which was an acrylic fill. She was done in 23 minutes which I thought was insane. Not a single nail of mine has the same shape. My nails don't even look filed. They look wide and lumpy and messy. This place is more about how many customers they can turn. I was in and out within 32 mins for a mani and pedi that happened at the same time. The pictures on here show detailed articulate work but that was not the case with me. Quality was not worth the price, even for a basic pedicure. I didn't opt for gel so it seems the tech skipped the top coat altogether. I can't tell whether she was new or if this was intentional. Either way, I feel ripped off and embarrassed how rough this looks for $68. I was hoping The Nail Vibe would be my go-to place since I have had positive experiences in the past. The people are always very friendly and accommodating. I love the ambience and cleanliness. And appointments are easy to book by phone or online. In the area for work training and I was in the need for a little pampering. I decided to see if there was a well reviewed salon in the area when I came across Nail Vibe. After seeing the photos with what looked like great quality of work and amazing reviews, I decided to give it a try. Luckily there were some appointment times available the same day so I quickly booked an appointment. I did not want to try my luck with just walking in. The ambiance and decor inside is so cute. I felt like I stepped into luxury! I was greeted at the front desk and checked in on the kiosk. Large wall display which was beautiful! Plenty of colors to choose from in books. I sat down in the chair and confirmed with the nail tech the pedicure service I booked, Nail Vibe signature pedicure. You can choose a complimentary drink: champagne, Vietnamese coffee, and I think wine or soda. I chose Vietnamese coffee. I should have clarified whether it was hot or iced. I prefer iced and it came hot. Not sure if iced is an option but that was my fault. A warm neck wrap was placed around my neck as well which added to the relaxation. All instruments used were removed from a sterilized package or new packaging. To make sure they are massaging the full time (and so you know as well), they set a timer and show you the time they set! Love this concept! Only thing I didn't like was the hot stone massage was included in the allotted time. In my opinion, the hot stone service isn't really a "massage" just more of rubbing. Overall my experience here was great from start to finish. Luxurious relaxing pedicure at every step and the technicians attention to cuticles, shaping, and polish! Thank you Lynn! read more
