I just visited this salon yesterday for the first time. What a great experience! Heidi and her husband did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. I made an appointment here after seeing lots of good reviews. I drove 50 f*cking minutes to get here all the way from Lake Arrowhead only to be told when I arrived that they couldn't honor my mani-pedi appointment, looks like they took a walk in client instead. Place is in a strip mall, not a great area anyway, looks dingy. read more

I got a gel manicure and the guy took his time to get all my cuticles and shape my nail how I wanted it and the owner, who painted them also took her time. So I came in today, and it was raining. It wasn't busy and all I wanted was a gel manicure something simple. I chose my color, and the guy who was doing my nails first didn't know what an almond shape was. He was shaking the whole time during my nails, which I promise I didn't mind, until I seen it affected the results. When he was done with my nails I noticed almost half of them had a bump. Like one half of my nail had excess nail polish. Before he finished he said, "if you have any problems, you come back to me." So when I pointed out that I had lumps instead of a smooth surface he blamed it on the nail polish company. Then, when he fixed it, the excess was still there, and then him and I think it was his wife just from there body language were mad that I kept showing them the error of my nails. Then they started excessively communicating in their language. YOU CAN TELL THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT ME. You don't have to know the language to sense this. I really wished I didn't pay for the service. My nails ended up coming out better but not because that's how they originally did but after me telling me what to do. Won't be coming back. Left a detailed review because customer service was not okay. read more

This nail salon is always consistent with their work. I've been coming here for 2 yrs. The owners are a married couple, both of them are sweethearts and her husband does an awesome job on pedicures. My nail polish last for at least 2.5 weeks. I've never had any issues with nail infections like I have heard from other salons. They are clean and professional. read more

It is an ok place to go to. Since I came in a pinch (time constraints), I wasn't expecting much. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted warmly by the woman in the front. A young lady did my pedicure. There were two small children in the shop that were related to the staff (which isn't necessarily bad but sort of unprofessional). The kids were wandering around and listening to shows on their phones (one fairly loudly) and the lady doing my feet even took the time (more than once) to scold them at different points in my pedicure because they were doing what kids normally do. At some point, as kids often do, one of the children was throwing a bit of a tantrum. The pedicure itself was fair and nothing to complain about but I did think it was funny that a bit of glitter on my big toes (questionably a design but not really) was a 2 dollar charge. I have had glitter placed over all of my polish before at no charge more than once at different places. The real kicker was when I paid for my pedicure and I looked at their menus. Their slogan is " Your relaxation is our priority" or something to that affect. I wasn't particularly relaxed. Would I go again? In a pinch. Like I did this time. I know of two places that are better, more sanitary, and more thorough in terms of technical ability that cost the same and both provide a more professional/relaxing atmosphere. I just didn't have the time to go to those places today. To sum it up, it is definitely not a 5 star rating sort of place. If you really like the staff personality-wise, you may give it a four... maybe. I thought someone might appreciate an unbias review from a first time guest. read more

I really love this place. I come her for pedicures and they use hot rocks in their basis pedicure which is so fun but they also just are such perfectionists and I really appreciate that so much. Oh. My. Goodness. Yes! This is my new favorite nail shop. I brought my friend here for a "girls day" mani & pedi. My acrylics were shortened, shaped and polished to perfection. My friend got the royal treatment with her manicure and pedicure as well. And I need to mention the massage chairs are the perfect touch for another level of relaxation while we were being pampered. I wish i had gotten a name for the man that did my nails, but i kept asking for French tips gel, and he said ok ok. When he did the base color, i saw him put it the top coat so i told him again French. He said ok. And after the top coat he said done. I was like this is not french. The only english speaking lady then stepped in and said i could do it if you wait 15 mins. I said no. Oh and on top of that, i bled three times with three different nails. Not gentle! read more

I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment last minute for two people and didn't have to wait once we arrived. The manicurist took care to do a good job and was conscientious of fixing imperfections. Brought my mom, who got a regular pedicure; she loved the leg massage. Prices were quite low, I think about $20/each for a gel mani and regular pedi. The only downside was the ambiance - small kids yelling, no frills. If you want to pay for a more spa-like experience, go elsewhere, however if you want your nails done well and quickly/last-minute, definitely come here. Prefer cash. read more

GOOOD pedicure for $20!!! You get the parafin wax for free and they put this wonderful minty goodness all over your legs that tingle them all day even hours after you've gotten your pedi! I would give 10 stars if possible! WONDERFUL place! read more
