First time client and let me tell you I found my new nail salon. I got there at around 9:35am and they already had people waiting however I was sitted for my pedicure in like 2 min. Mind you they open at 9:30 and I was a walk in. Tony did my pedicure (BBL only on my big toes). Tony took his time to cut, file and polish my toes. I then waited about 35 min for my full set. Diane did my natural almond shape nails. I was in the salon for about 3.5 hours. The time was worth it because I left very satisfied and hermosa nail salon has gained a new customer. read more

They did a pedicure. It was alright. They made me bleed and we're going to go and polish over the blood they didn't have the pinkish clear color for the base so I had to get clear. Not satisfied. Went in this morning with an appointment at 10:30am for a full set. Didn't get helped till almost an hour later , no apologies or communication. Other people came in as walk ins and got serviced within 10min. I end up leaving , MIRA is the owner and I would have never expected this poor quality experience like I did this morning not even she cared. Absolutely LOOOOVVVVEEE my nails and pedicure !!!! I have FINALLY found my spot to go for my hands AND feet!!! I've spent thousands of dollars wasted on trying out other salons. Came here because of TT, but was disappointed. I think all the videos are of one persons work so it's deceiving. I got a messy job and it sucks that i paid the same amount as a nail salon that has better work and also is nicer, cleaner. You guys should lower your prices if anything because the work isn't reflecting what you guys should be charging. I came in as a walk-in last month and got seated within 15 minutes. The nail tech who did my nails was very nice, considerate, and executed my nail inspo perfectly. I got so many compliments on my nails. I am glad that I discovered this nail salon because the nail art quality is amazing! One thing I will point out is that the jewels they put on for the nails do ware off; I had some silver jewels put on my 3D flowers, and at least within the same week of getting my nails done, I could see some of the silver on the jewels came off. 08/29/25 UPDATE AS RESPONSE SUBMITTED FROM NAIL SALON!!! The lady Hanna had tried to CONVINCE me to try Magic Gel twice, She also explained the price in detail both times, and explained to me it was **NEW** I was not planning to leave a review of my "OVERALL EXPERIENCE," but here it goes. Once I returned LAST WEEK PRIOR TO POSTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW, I wanted to give this salon the benefit of the doubt, even though I was lied to of the cost. Considering I couldn't locate other nail salons that new what this **MAGIC GEL** was and I was in need of a fill, I did return once more last Saturday 08/23/25 around 1PM. Observing as I walked in, there was only 1 lady waiting in the salon that hadn't been helped. I kindly asked the lady by the register how long it would be for HANNA for a fill. Immidiatelty her cousin, the other lady who does nails here, got up and told me that she's busy until 5PM. Hanna didn't even speak to me or bother to answer my question, considering she was literally staring right at me, but then looked away. I was NOT GIVEN AN OPTION TO WAIT, considering the sign inside your salon and online clearly states **WALK INS WELCOMED.** I called at 4PM, same day, the cousin answered, she told me Hanna is now busy. I understand these young ladies may FEEL entitled to "NOT SERVICE ME," and have that right, but the overall **PRINCIPAL AROUND IT**, is definitely a ***RED FLAG*** Because I firmly spoke up on their UPSALE, the prior visit, they intentionally chose not to service me??? Especially because the individual who responded to my original post **BELOW** THEY CLEARLY REMEMBERED MEEE last week ASKING FOR A FILL. Had I NEVER TRIED THIS ***"MAGIC GEL"*** I would have just went on about my day and NOT needed your help on this matter, but thankfully I have found another Nail Salon who is aware how to better service my nails and provide ethical customer service. **WARNING** Make sure to ask for the prices of your service BEFORE HAND, and keep track. After being recommended on my 2nd visit to try this NEW MAGIC GEL on my natural nails, I asked her 2 times the cost she said $45-50. Once I went to pay she said a firm $55. I was extremely thrown off as I confirmed prior to service. I also had given her $5 tip before walking to the register. I felt as if they may have JUDGED me with someone who had $$$ to spend, as this was my 2nd visit and previously I spent $100 plus $5 each employee. Once I told Hanna, in front of her COUSIN, that's not what she quoted me. Hanna and her cousin our running this establishment and our in their 20s, and I didn't want to make a big deal, over $5, but I do feel their LOW-KEY JUDGMENTAL & SCAMMING their customers. Today I walked in, because apparently many salons don't offer this "MAGIC GEL" both Hanna and her cousin made up some excise as they were booked until 5pm, however only 1 person waiting in the chair. I felt immediately neither of them wanted to help me as I questioned their overpriced service before. Because these 2 young girls are inexperienced and are trying to run this place, I will not being going back. I'm leaving this review in hoping to ALERT NEW CUSTOMERS, to make sure not to become a VICTIM of their OVERPRICING LAAT MINUTE!!! I called for an appointment, requested a person when I came in they told me that person doesnt do nails and they could only do my pedicure. So another lady started working on my nails, I was in the middle of getting my nails done and they moved me to the chair for the pedicure and stopped working on my nails , after the pedicure which ace did it and he was good, I was left sitting down for like 30 mins waiting for the lady to finish my nails because she was working on someone else. Usually when I go to a nail salon they either finish the nails and continue with the pedicure or do both at the same time. I feel like it was a waste of time to be sitting there for like 30 mins just wiggling my toes and the lady that was working on my nails should have not taken anyone else if she was in the middle of working on my nails! Then another lady took over to "finish" but we were going over the color and seems like she didn't like the fact that I told her the color wasn't matching with the picture I showed her and I think she got mad because she moved me back with the original lady doing my nails. How many people does it take to get a service ? And I wasn't trying to be picky but I was getting my nails done for a special occasion At the end the nails were nice , there was color left on my skin but I took it off when I got home. now I just got to wait and see if they will last . Mira is excellent, she does wonderful work (nails). I would recommend making an appointment if you want to see her. Pedicures I would recommend Lena or Ace and if possible make an appointment. They do accept walk ins but there is no guarantee of whom will be able to service you. This is a wonderful shop with welcoming staff, very clean and professional. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Called ahead a time at 10:00 in the morning asked if there was openings around 5:00 for 4 pedicures. I was told by the OWNER TIM it's not necessary at all to book an appointment as they usually take walk ins for pedicures and they always have plenty of employees there. I told him I understand but would feel more comfortable having an appointment booked since there is 4 of us and 5:00 is usually a busy time. 2 people from my appointment showed up before on time and I was just 10mins behind them and was told that they sent all the employees home because they actually close at 3:00 on Sundays not 5:00 so they shouldn't have been there anyways. NOT ONCE OVER THE PHONE WAS I GIVEN THIS INFORMATION. If so I would have went somewhere else had I known they close early today. Instead he wanted me to show up as a "walk in" with 4 people at 5:00 so they would already be closed? And to make it all better when I get there he showed absolutely no remorse, did not care at all and just said "oh yea I forgot to tell you that" I leave for vacation tomorrow and was not expecting this at all! Will DEFINITELY be spreading the word. It's one thing to have miscommunication I get it, it happens. But to not even care about your customers and purposely set someone up to come to your business as a walk in at a time you KNOW your business is already gonna be closed?! What kind of OWNER DOES THAT. Please take a customer service and communication class if you plan on owning a business sir. Absolutely disgusting and straight ignorant. Coming from a licensed esthetician and someone who use to work with state board herself. Unacceptable. this place is so amazing! my friend and i stopped by today, and everyone working was so incredibly friendly, sweet, and skilled at what they do. my nails are gorgeous and exactly what i wanted, and diane did such a good job making sure i was happy with everything as she worked. prices are super reasonable for the quality of their work :) will definitely be returning. read more
