From the beginning I told him we had only PayPal or Venmo to make the payment for the cleaning that he did on Wednesday and I just can't seem to understand even today if the kid CAN'T read. He behaved like the pool cleaning wasn't going to be paid and started texting uncontrollably to pay him, that I wasn't being fair etc (I'm attaching screenshots) when I told him from the beginning that we didn't have cash, cards or checks and needed to pay via one of the methods used and he just kept sending the payment link which doesn't have the option of paying with PayPal or Venmo so I decided to wait until our cards arrived in the mail on Friday (today) to go ahead and proceed with both of the quotes he gave us which was $580 for fixing the motor of the pool and $75 for the pool cleaning. He still decided to behave as if though we need to request someone cleans the pool for free and were never going to pay him. They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. We were going to hire his company for our monthly plus the fixing of the motor and he completely ruined that because of the way he behaved. He rescued me from those nasty pool sharks I had nipping at my heels! Darwin was kind enough to go to my second home and access the problem with the pump which was just the motor. He also saw the o ring was leaking water and he fixed that problem. The pool guy sunk me for a new filter and o ring replacement 2 months ago and never mentioned it was leaking water. Darwins HONESTY and efficient service was top notch and he saved me half of what my rip off pool guy quoted. To me that is a blessing. I am so happy I called Darwin from Brave pools. He really saved my ship from sinking! In this world today its tough to find HONEST RELIABLE people that really are there for their customers and not for the dollar bill! Darwin is one of these people. Would I refer Brave pools for anyone with pool needs? You better believe I would.
