After a Short Period of Time they Switched Our Pool Guy to an Unprofessional Idle Pool Man. Our Weekly Service was to Clean the Pool Filter, Skim the Pool, Scrub, Vacuum, and Check Pump. Their Prices are Competitive but the Service was Extremely Lacking. Once the "New" Pool Guys Started the Attention to Detail was Gone. He did not Respect Our Patio Furniture or Pool Area Surroundings. The Decline in Cleaning was Rapid, No Scrubbing, Minimal Vacuum Usage, Chemical Levels were Extremely Low, with Problem After Problem. We are not ones to Complain but with a Service you Pay for Monthly this should not be the Case. After Multiple Complaints over a Span of almost a Year I decided to Look for a New Pool Company. Overall, I'm Extremely Happy with Our New Pool Company. They notified us of the Chemical Levels being Extra Low and what needed to be done to Fix the Issue.
