I thought it was his workers but it was not. He sent them to work on the roof and I asked him for the permit and he said he is going to send it over. He did small work for me here and there so I thought we had a good relationship so I did trust him. Please do not trust him. To make matters worse, he did not pay the person he subcontracted the job to and he kept calling me for money. This has been the worse experience dealing wirh a contractor. They cleared everything out, removed sheetrock and disinfected the entire area. They left air blowers for 3 days. On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company. They did an awesome job for an affordable price which left us with funds to rebuild. I will definitely reccomend them!!

I had a positive experience with servpro, but had many issues with the "subcontractors" they used…read more They did an amazing job cleaning up after a burst pipe and flooded house. They dried it out quickly and worked with my insurance to make the process easy. I also used them for the rebuild services because they had the quickest turnaround, and that is where we ran into issues. The "plumber" did not properly attach the new sink and it is loose and not properly bracketed. This was never resolved. The floor installers set my AC to 58Degrees, removed my inside garage door, and left the AC on max for several days straight while it was 100degrees outside. They also spilled mortar and grout all over my driveway. I asked them to clean it up but they did not understand english. It left permanent stains. The painters got paibt all over my trim and light switches and lightswitch covers. I'm pretty sure they also punched or kicked my dog, we had to put her down. Don't leave any of these subcontractors alone in your house.

I was able to make an appointment online and they had so many available times which allowed me to…read moreget someone to come out just a few hours from when I noticed the clogged pipe. They have short 2 hour windows for appointments which is great that I didn't have a 4+ hour window of time I needed to wait for them to come. The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700. I didn't do much shopping around so I don't know how their rate compares to others. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and would recommend it especially if you have urgent plumbing needs.
